If there was zero star I'd give it. Terrible overpriced items with even shittier return policy. I should have read this first and probably ordered from nordstrom rather than the website. Save your money because if they give you a defunct item with the welcome discount, you cannot get your refund ever.

I ordered 2 dresses for my elopement. The reason I ordered 2 is because one of the dresses I wanted was on preorder and I was worried it wouldn’t come in time. I followed their measurements for sizing on the site. The first dress arrived and it did not fit. Unfortunately the next size up was out of stock. This is when I found out that if you use a discount code you don’t get a refund, just store credit. After emailing and them responding quite quickly until I requested review for a one time exception of a refund. They stopped responding. The next size up is now back in stock on their website. I’ve emailed requesting an instant exchange (they mention this as a possibility on their website) yet still no response. It seems I’ve made too much of a fuss and am now being ignored. What should be an exciting time shopping for a dress to be married in has turned into so much stress and disappointment.

Do not purchase from here. They will do anything to take your money. When I cited clear customer consumer protection, they threatened a legal team all to stop me from getting my money back. As it pertains to the garment. It is more sheer than depicted or disclosed in the product listing, which impacts its wearability and does not match the expectations set by the product images. The construction quality is also inconsistent with what was advertised. The stitching is visibly poor, and the corset boning is improperly constructed and does not provide appropriate structure or support expected from a corset-style garment. Terrible experience. This website will give you a pop-up that gives you 10% discount on your first purchase. Little do you know in very fine line they say that if you use any sort of discount and you try to return the item, they will not give you your money back, but rather they will give you store credit. They treat their 10% discount as their items on sale. This is extremely misleading as the dress I got was so small that it didn’t fit me. Also keep in mind that all of their stuff run extremely small. Also, when I returned it, I only tried it on never wore it. Returned it clean with the tags right after I received it. I asked for a full refund and all they gave me was stored credit. Why you ask it’s because I use the 10% discount that they treated as a holy drill for not giving you your money back. I am extremely disappointed. This friend became very popular on TikTok and that is the only reason for their sales. I cannot believe that they made my search for my engagement dress so daunting and did not provide any solution solutions if they take a screenshot of their fine line and highlight it in an email when I ask for my refund back. I am very disappointed and I genuinely would not recommend you purchase anything from there. Also, do not use their 10% discount because it is a trap. Honestly, I questioned the ethics of their marketing team. That’s what happens when you value money more than you value your customers.

Update 09/13/2026: I now have to refile the small claims case against them as they lied that if i dismissed the case they would issue a refund. It is diabolical they are doing this over two hundred and twenty one dollars. I placed an order on November 22 and returned the item within the return window because the quality was extremely poor (comparable to SHEIN), despite paying extra for expedited delivery. The return was received by the company, and store credit was initially issued. However, that credit was later placed on hold, leaving me with neither a refund nor usable credit. This means the company is currently holding both the returned item and my payment. I had no choice but to file a small claims case to recover my money. I'm mind blown that a company acts this way over 221 dollars. Wanting to keep the product and the money. Be cautious — check reviews across Trustpilot, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms before purchasing. Update: They previously promised to reinstate the full credit but have not followed through. A chargeback was never filed, I filed a paypal buyer protection. They state they won the dispute but also they can't give me back the money because the dispute is still open (both can't coexist).

Absolutely garbage company. Customer service was horrendous. The passive aggressiveness from support team extremely inappropriate. They refused to even put my review on their website because they scam people. They admit to falsely advertising.

Emailed to cancel order prior than it being shipped. Told me they couldn’t. Received item and it’s quite possibly the absolute worst design ever. Extremely hard to put on like it’s beyond words. I ordered bigger than my size on top of it. I’m a skinny girl 5’2. Lastly, Wouldn’t provide a return label. Quality was bad loose strings and double lined polyester vibe. Want to be quality but fast fashion drop shipping reality. Wish i could’ve canceled and not be stuck with a bad dress and even more regret that I clicked purchase. Shove ur weak policy up ur butt. :P

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! They will try their best to steal your money. I emailed them and filled out their form right after my purchase because I needed to change my address. Within 20 minutes, I also requested a cancellation because the situation felt sketchy. I made the purchase at midnight, so they definitely had not shipped it yet. In the morning, they replied, saying they do not accept cancellations. They also asked if I wanted to change my address. However, right after sending that email, they shipped the package to the wrong address anyway. By the way, they charge $10 even after you return the item if you want the refund back to your original payment method. On top of that, they do not accept returns for worn clothes, so you cannot even try it on to check the size and return it. Was unprofessional throughout all this. I had the worst experience and would never want to experience something even close to this ever again.
