LEAUReviews of leauclothing.com

I had a great experience and would consider them a trust-worthy website based on it. Shipping information was clear and accurate. Return options available and easy to understand. Immediate exchange options so items easy to ensure fit (make sure to read fine print on amount of exchanges allowed during sale periods).

Bought a Christmas gift for my girlfriend on 12/6/24 and only have an order confirmed email. Not even a shipping tracking number and based off these other reviews this is normal. Would love if someone could Help me out as I would hate if this order arrived after Christmas. Edit: Gia the owner reached out and let me know about the situation and I hadn’t noticed about the “pre order” but not even 24 hours later I have now received a shipping email. Thank you to Gia for the help. Amazing customer service.

OBSESSED. I bought the corset and red bubble dress and they are my favorite pieces. Beautiful quality

I purchased the Celine Corset Drape Satin Dress and am so happy with my order. The dress is so flattering, especially with the draping fabric at the front. This is always a concern for me as I have a curvier frame, but the color of the dress paired with the design and quality truly makes me feel amazing. The style is so romantic and dreamy. When my order arrived and I tried the dress in, I ran into a small issue which was resolved quickly and with an understanding attitude. I cannot emphasize how positive of an experience I had with customer service. The team at Leau went above and beyond to right the small wrong and I am truly impressed. I look forward to making another purchase from Leau soon!

*REVISED REVIEW* I am very happy with the help Olivia was able to give me to resolve my issue. I was initially incredibly frustrated with my customer service experience because my package got lost in transit and I was told my only recourse was to file a claim with USPS. However, as I purchased my item on a Black Friday sale, even if I got my money back from USPS, I would not have been able to repurchase it because the sale was over and it was now more expensive. After some emails back and forth, though, Olivia worked with me to find a solution, which was to resend my package with expedited shipping, which means I will now be able to get my item in time for the event I was going to wear it to. I appreciated the time Olivia took to fix my issue and the fact that she listened to me and my concerns. I've revised my review accordingly to reflect this resolution as it has changed my opinion of the company and its customer service. *ORIGINAL REVIEW* Purchased the sphynx corset and it shipped on time no problem. The package was lost by USPS and instead of sending a replacement or helping me figure it out they told me I was out of luck because I didn't pay for extra insurance (an e-commerce policy I've never heard of) and I have to just figure it out with USPS if I want a refund. If that's your policy fine, but to make matters worse I purchased the corset during a black friday sale and now even if I do get my money back from USPS I can't even place the order again because the sale is gone. At a MINIMUM I would have hoped they'd give me a discount code to make my purchase again, but I haven't gotten a response from customer service in days and it seems no one will help me. Honestly save your money and spend it somewhere else.

Update: Gia reached out to me and helped me. She notified her team to prioritize my order and I just received a shipping confirmation email. I will happily change my review to 5 stars once I receive my order! I placed an order on Black Friday 11/29 for the pink Cloud Feather miniskirt. It is now Thursday 12/5 and I have not received any updates. I reached out to customer service for answers and have not heard back. I have never been scammed before and I am very upset and disappointed in this company.

I wore the “Ramona Corset Dress” on my birthday and it was absolutely stunning. I got tons of compliments.

I had such an excellent customer service experience today. After realizing I made a mistake with the item I ordered, I emailed their help team to ask if someone could assist and potentially update my order with the correct information. In less than 24 hours, I received an email from Nicole with their support team telling me not to worry & confirming that they had resolved the issue before the item was even shipped. 11/10 customer service
