Hi Mimi, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We set a high standard for ourselves at LEAU, and are saddened to hear you feel this was not met in your interaction with us. We’re sorry to hear you say you are unhappy with the timely shipping of your order. Most of orders ship out within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In some cases, like large restocks or peak holiday season, it may take a bit longer for orders to be processed and fulfilled. Our team was out of office following the mail couriers holiday schedule, which were the past two holiday weekends and the following two Monday's in observance days. We understand how frustrating this can be when an item doesn't quite make it on time, especially when the courier has unforeseen delays in transit times. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how fast the courier's move packages through their facilities. I've looked into your order and I do see here your item is currently in transit to its' destination, and the current location is in Mass with expected delivery date of this week. Our concierge member responded to your email inquiry on 12/29/2022 - we ask you kindly check spam/junk for our responses incase they are being filtered there. Hi Tasha, Thank you for your review and we are so incredibly sorry to hear you are having issues with returning your item. Customers are able to access our fully automated return's portal any time through our website to begin our fast and easy return's process. Once you initiate your return, a return label is issued to you directly through the portal where you can quickly and easily download it. I looked a bit into your order and email history and do see our concierge members responded to all 7 emails on the following dates: 10/16, 10/17, 10/18, 10/21 and on 10/29. We also received an Instagram message on 10/29 to which we responded to you within 3 hours that perhaps our emails may be going into your junk/spam folder. We strongly encourage you to check if our emails are perhaps being filtered to your junk/spam folders as we provided return instructions with access to our return's portal multiple times but never heard back. We're truly sorry to hear about any inconvenience. If you can please locate our emails from "[email protected]" to you and shoot us over a response, we’d love to continue this dialogue and come to a mutually satisfactory resolution. Per our return's policy, orders that use a discount code are only eligible for store credit or exchanged. This is because our system recognizes these as sale orders. We do our best to include verbiage on our website noting this policy and understand it can be incredibly frustrating for an item not to work out as expected. We’re sorry to hear you say you are unhappy with the shipping of your order and wish you had reached out to us so we could have looked into this for you sooner. I did now look into your order placed on July 21, 2022 and see that we shipped your order via UPS on July 22,2022 fulfilling our 24-48 hour policy timeline for processing. Per UPS tracking, several delivery attempts were made on 4 different occasions to collect import duties/fees that were due to UPS thus causing the delay in delivery of your package. Unfortunately, delays such as these are beyond our control. Duties/taxes are the customers responsibility per our shipping policy and owed directly to each courier.
