So I wanted to order the Kos dress, and I decided to email the company to ensure it would be here in time for my birthday trip to Miami. They confirmed and I ordered the dress. I paid extra $20 for expedited shipping, and it is over a week later and I have not received my dress, I have not received any more emails, though I have sent them PLENTY. It literally just says on my Shop app that my order has been placed and nothing else. I am beyond upset, I was so excited to wear this and they SCAMMED me. If they do not send me my dress or return my money by Monday I will be contacting my bank. Do not buy from here.

I placed an order 2/21 with expedited shipping and was not received in the described timeframe. On 2/24 I sent an email to cancel the order because it had not even been processed or confirmed. On 2/27 I received a shipping confirmation and wrote another email letting them know I requested my item be cancelled. On 3/2 DAYS LATER I was informed by an “Olivia” “ Once an order is placed, our warehouse and fulfillment team begins processing and preparing all orders so unfortunately we cannot change or cancel any orders at this time” I stated I ordered this with expedited shipping, it has been over a week and has not even been sent to UPS, and requested a refund on my shipping as well. No response. Do you know on 3/6 my item I ordered with expedited shipping had still not arrived. The item I repeatedly stated I didn’t want came the next day. I returned it and they TOOK $10 FOR SHIPPING EVEN THOUGH THEY OWE ME. The email I sent on 3/2 and 3/6 were never responded to. If you want a company that ignores customers and lacks transparency about their shipping capacity and policies this is a place for you. Otherwise I wouldn’t dare.

SCAM ALERT!!! I'm an avid online shopper and I can say in my 20yrs of this LeauClothing is the bottom of the barrel. I normally read reviews b4 purchasing but was in a time crunch, the lack of PayPal was another red flag!!! Bought on 2/6/23 paid 4 express from CT to NY and it took 6 days to get a totally different item. Contacted 2/14/23 to only get a computer generated email. Returned on 2/20/23 bcus I had to make their 14 day window and guess what STILL NO RESONSE OR MONEY DO NOT ORDER!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! THIEFS!!!

I wanted to update the review in regards to the purchase from Leau Clothing. Leau Clothing has solved the lost item in shipping that my daughter purchased originally on December 16, 2022. She has recently received the item. Thank you for following up with me.

Waited weeks and weeks to receive a bodysuit from these guys. finally got delivered and the left arm ripped off before I even had it on, and the boning in the corset was so defective and broken/ripped, it was sticking out and actually injured me in multiple places once i had it on. Online return portal won’t let me start return as it says it’s been more than 14 days- it’s been a week? Email will not return any of my messages, I managed to get one response from them on instagram saying they can’t help me and they’d pass the message along to customer support WHO DOESNT ANSWER. My guess is they will email back after the 14 days have passed and absolutely screw me out of my money. What a scam and con of a company. Do not buy from here.

I placed my order in November. It is now Feb 15th and I still have not received my order. Way past the 15-28 day holiday turn around time.

The Item was 8 inches smaller than the size chart stated. I am being told I can't return for a refund to my original payment method because I used the "welcome" discount code. You only have 14 days to return an item and its hard to get a response or help from customer service, its been 7 days and there is no resolution. Now, my only option is store credit to a store that doesn't have clothing that will fit me even though their size chart says otherwise. Update: I got a reply on this review faster than their customer service has responded to my email (still waiting). I'm on day 2 of trying to use their "concierge support" and I've been waiting 2 hours for a response. All they did last time was send me a copy of the one-sided conversation I had in the chat. I am on day 9 of the 14 day return period and they are dodging me on every form of communication they can. This company is unethical, participate in false advertising, and have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I just want my money back because a gift card doesn't do anything for me if your clothes don't fit like you advertised. Oh, and maybe you shouldn't suppress the review I left on your website either, since that's once again false advertising.

I still have not received my items. I received tracking for items never shipped. It has almost been a month. My items still have not been shipped. Customer service has only sent the same tracking but the items were still never shipped. I only ordered 2 things. I am not certain I will receive my items.
