Received order 2 weeks late after spending $20 dollars with express shipping. Will not let me receive refund on original form of payment due to “policy.” Customer service is not helpful, and take forever to respond. LEAU takes advantage of customers by giving discount codes and then shipping packages late so order is delayed and they capitalize on customers misfortune by having to get store credit.

HORRIBLE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE. I’m beginning to think this is a scam or just click and bait. This is now the 2nd review I’ve left after sending multiple emails and reaching out to concierge, I even sent a DM on their Instagram page and there’s barely ever a response even during business hours. I paid for EXPRESS shipping and haven’t received not one update on my order #43569. It’s even more frustrating seeing all of these influencers on their Instagram page receiving their orders yet paying customers such as myself cannot even receive an update or a response. Their website states 24-48 hrs for processing therefore even with holiday delays and specials it shouldn’t take almost 2 weeks JUST FOR ONE ITEM! This is false advertisement! Customer service barely helps therefore I’m not sure if I’ll ever receive my order. BE AWARE!

Order number 40692. I ordered item on Aug. 8th, item was in stock and had a delivery date listed. Product was never shipped. Now they are telling me that it's in USPS possession and that USPS is having issues keeping up with their work load. I called USPS today and the agent said, the package is 100% not in their possession yet, label only created. The USPS agent assured me, it doesn't take 10 days for them to scan a package in for delivery updates. Never again will I purchase from this brand, not a legitimate business. They should be shut down for illegal practices. Please file a claim and spread the word to protect others asap! Fraudulent company. ***Update 9/25 Nearing 2 months and no package, no tracking. Received an email from them today stating I have never reached out prior to filling a credit card charge back to inquire. I have reached out numerous times. My reply to the company: I sent the bank all of the screenshots of prior emails sent to you. I will add this one as well, due to the continued lies. The below statement is a clear lie. “We also wanted to let you know we are acknowledging the opening of a bank dispute for your order #40692. However, we are writing to acknowledge that we have not received any prior communication about your order nor have we received an order status inquiry.” “For transparency, while there is an open dispute, our legal team will provide the bank with the necessary details pursuant to our Terms of Service located here.” Update 12/12 My credit card company refunded the order for me by force. The company never reached out and original shipping tracking is still waiting to be dropped at post office. Company is a complete mess. I’m actually astonished they keep posting items on their site, I’ve blocked on instagram as well. Scammy bait. No thanks.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service is awful and they do not respond. I placed my order August 13 and was supposed to receive it by August 24th the latest. I emailed the company on the 29th and was told that my order was still being “processed”. They took the money from my account immediately so I don’t understand why they still need to “process” it. I’ve sent them 3 emails since then and haven’t received a single response. It is now September 10th, almost a full month since the order was made. This is beyond disappointing and inconvenient. I needed those two items for a celebration and have a wedding ceremony in 2 weeks. I want my money back or the items shipped.

Placed order 41057 on August 26 and paid $20 for express shipping, which they advertise as 1-2 business days (it says NOTHING about processing time). It’s now been 5 days and nothing. It says my order was processed and will ship out soon but they’ve gone totally nonresponsive and I’ve received no notice that it’s even shipped. Ordered for my honeymoon and was SO excited to wear it. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered 2 dresses for my birthday. I reached out to customer service for sizing information and promply got a response. I placed my order August 3rd with standard shipping. 5-7 days. I didn't need the dress until the 18th... its now august 22nd my dresses never arrived, I never received any shipping or tracking info either! I reached out to the company multiple times and have received ZERO responses. I added the order protection and this was POINTLESS!!! because, I can't even file a claim due to Leau not ever providing any shipping or tracking information! This company is a total SCAM! I totally understand a 1-3 day delay in shipping sometimes things happen but, this experience is AWFUL! Zero communication or answeres. Now im out $200 for this order as well as the cost for another dress for my birthday. I should have done more research on their company. *UPDATE* 8/22 I received this response email... I never got a follow up or an update. LEAU still has my $200. I still can not file a claim with the company I paid to insure my order with because, they never updated my order. It's been almost a MONTH. this is a SCAM. "Hi Jennifer, Thank you for reaching out to us. I would be happy to help. My apologies on the slower than ideal response time. Our small team is working hard to catch up to on all tickets the order in which they are received and unfortunately we do not always have live chat support available. Purchased on 7/13/23 for the amount of $314 for two items a shirt and dress, Order #40117. I emailed Leau many times for the shipping and waited for weeks. The created a label but never shipped the order out, when they finally respond a month later they said that the package was ‘lost’ when in fact it was never shipped out. I originally purchased from their website many years ago only to return the items because the sizing is inaccurate, received a gift card as a return. I’ve waited for couple of years to buy something since they never have any new items on their website. I finally made a purchase with both my gift card and the remaining balance on my credit card. They finally responded saying that they ran out of inventory on one of the items I purchased, and they refunded me the credit card amount of $42, and kept the rest of my money that was spent on the gift card! They have not responded for weeks now and now my money is completely gone. I have no refund, no gift card, no items shipped. They said they shipped one of the items again, but it is having the same issue as before a bait and switch, saying they shipped it but it is a fake shipping label with no shipped item. I plan on reporting this to the federal government as well as this. I want a FULL refund ( no more gift cards) as I DO NOT want to deal with this scam company ever again. Full refund now.

Hi Linda, Thank you for your review. We definitely hear and understand your concerns and the absolute last thing we want is for you to feel dissatisfied when shopping with us. Regrettably at the moment, we are going through a sales period like many other online e-commerce stores, there is a higher volume in queries/orders and that means delays across the board so we apologize in any less than satisfactory response times. If an order has split payments between a credit/debit card and a gift card, we only have the ability to refund the same amount you paid with the debit card and the remaining goes back to the gift card. Due to privacy reasons and laws set forth by credit card companies, we don't have the ability to capture and/or refund more than what was authorized by you at that time of checkout. For your order, you only authorized the $42 amount on your Visa for your order and the credit card company only allows us the ability to refund the same amount back. That is why you were refunded the $42 to your visa and the remaining back to your gift card. Furthermore, we are only able to refund on a by-order basis. It is disheartening to hear that our initial resolution was not satisfied for you. I would love to review your situation and look to providing you with an experience which you will find much more positive. Horrible experience ordering and attempting to contact customer service. I purchased 4 items on May 22. I sent an email to customer service on May 25 to seek answers as to why my order still hadn’t been shipped. It’s now June 5 and NO ONE has yet to get back to me. I even dm’d them on Instagram out of desperation. On May 31 my items were FINALLY dispatched to ship and I didn’t receive the actual shipment until June 3. In addition, I only received 3 out of the 4 items I ordered and the the clothes smelled like BO!! It’s now June 5 and I still haven’t received any updates on my 4th missing item and can’t file a claim because it’s supposed to ship? If items are out of stock why list on the website? Overall, horrible experience with lack of communication and poor management of a company. I’m still searching for answers on my missing skirt and at this point want my money back. Ultimately this company will fail due to inability to handle and process orders.
