I ordered 3 dresses that were on preorder. By the time my engagement party came and went, they had still not shipped so I requested the order to be cancelled. No response. The items came on 5/30 and I requested a return to which I can only receive store credit because I got scammed into using their 20% everything coupon. My mistake. NOW it is 5/6 and their return portal is stating my return window has closed, even though it’s only been a week. They do not answer ANY emails so I guess I am going to be out $400 with 0 store credit even. Not sure how this company is in business with these horrible practices. Lesson learned.

I ordered a dress 2 months ago that was on preorder. The preorder date came and they never sent my order. I reached out to them 4 times and still haven’t received my dress. It was for my birthday which came and went and I had no dress. I’ve asked multiple times for a cancellation, and a refund, and they’ve stopped responding to my emails. Terrible customer service. I literally just want my money back

I ordered a corset and dress from the company recently. My order was delivered on May 3rd. While I loved the dress, the corset was defective as the boning was popping out and it smelled like cigarettes. Once I noticed this, I emailed the concierge support the same day. I then got a response the same day asking to send a picture. Once I sent the picture, I have not gotten a response since then (May 3rd). I even went as far as to message them on Instagram where I was directed to message concierge again. It is now May 16th and I STILL have not heard from them. Please avoid buying from this company as the lack of customer service is apparent and not worth it.

Very annoying. I have tried reaching out to leau admin, via their email. However, despite being sent an auto-reply of 'We are working diligently and efficiently to answer all inquiries within 2-3 business days' (19th March)- You don't get a reply at all! I've had to email them again after a month (18th April) of waiting for some reply. Their reply came in on the 23rd April - now this had been over a month since I first emailed. This I had then gave a response to the same day the finally sent something, it is now the 12th of May and I've not received response still. FOR UK and possible abroad buyers!!!! DO NOT BUY!! Despite paying them around £21 for international shipping already (and also order protection £3), when this order finally arrive to the uk after weeks of waiting, I received an email from the royal mail about a customs charge. This customs charge is £53.80. This meant that I have had to pay for the order, the shipping fee, the order protection AND the customs fee? Despite paying for shipping already. Mind you, this customs fee is not warned to customers on their site whatsoever. This disorganisation is horrid, and customer service feel like a bunch of lies and overall a big scam with their late/ never to reply. So do heed my warning, this site is absolutely not worth your money, absolute sh-t service.

I definitely don’t recommend this company, I ordered Sorelle dress. Wasn’t a great fit didn’t sit nice at all. I returned item to be told only a credit note available as I used a discount code. None of this is clear at the time of purchase.

Horrible company. I never received the product I paid for. My emails are being ignored and 2 months later, I’ve yet to receive a refund.

I ordered the Rio Velvet Mesh Jumpsuit - Red and had planned to wear it for my birthday. The order took longer than expected to process and was finally fulfilled after I emailed to follow up. If the fulfillment times were stated explicitly, I would have opted for faster shipping. When I finally received the item (a few days after my birthday) I was disappointed to find that the design was different than what was advertised. The color was brighter than shown in the advertisement and the cutout designs are also very different from what was advertised. I personally wouldn’t trust ordering from them again.

Horrible!!! Don’t buy from this place! The outfit was $90 and it did not fit when it arrived and was made of poor quality. It also didn’t arrive until 3 weeks later and after I threatened to write a review, they refunded my Expedited shipping fee. I will not be purchasing from them ever again and I do not recommend!
