Hi Ellisa, thanks for your feedback! We deduct $10 restocking fee for all returns, which includes the cost of a prepaid return label for our USA customers. However, this fee is waived for any customer who opts for store credit or an exchange for their return. Hi Louise, whilst most of our in-stock items dispatch within 24-48 hours, it sounds like you ordered a pre-order item which would dispatch at a later date than our in-stock goods. Pre-orders guarantee your purchase of an item when it is back in stock. Pre-order dates are only estimates and the product page stays up to do date with the estimated ship date for all of the pre-order items. As of today, it is still within the week of Mar 10th so we are still on track to dispatch orders within the week listed on the product page. All orders receive a confirmation email as soon as an order is placed. Once that order ships, you receive another email with tracking details. For pre-orders though, sometimes that email can take longer to receive than our stock goods as the inventory is not available for immediate dispatch, We've tried to find an order under the name on your Trustpilot but don't see an order number associated. If you can provide us with your order details or contact information, we are happy to look into the specifics for you and resolve this as soon as possible! Best, LEAU

Hi Michelle, our team does not work weekends and answers all inquiries M-F which may be why you are experiencing a delay in responses. Nonetheless, we are happy to get this looked into for you. Generally, for an instant exchange of USA customers, we provide you the pre-paid return label and it must be used within a certain amount of days or else the label will expire and your original item would be charged for non-return. If you didn't use our pre-paid return label, our system wouldn't know it was returned until an agent physically process the return upon arrival to our warehouse, which takes about 7-10 business days on delivery. We are happy to review the details on your order to figure out the specifics in your car, if you can please provide them.
