Hello my name is Demetrius Young and I just have to say that leather Jacketz is an A1 company. The way that the material of the products are confirmed from are 2nd to none. The customer service is Top shelf as well. They were able to assist with switching to another jacket with no resistance. I will definitely be buying from them in the near future. This is the place to buy from for quality products for sure.

I ordered a Star Trek jacket as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. The jacket was great, but I ordered the wrong size. Luckily, customer service responded within 24 hours and gave me several options to choose from. They also made sure I received the new one as fast as possible. Ordered a Christmas gift from this company and their site said delivery would be in plenty of time. After not hearing from them for weeks, I emailed and we've gone back and forth (politely) a few times. Today, they said they were canceling my order. So, no Christmas gift and now it's too late to order it from anywhere else. This company is a scam. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES with this company.
