Placed my order with Tom. Knowledgeable, intelligent, efficient individual. Got exactly what he told me I would get in the allotted time frame we discussed. I am pleased with the quality and service. Would not hesitate to buy from him again or refer customers. I am glad I did business with him. could not be happier.

Quality materials with samples provided ahead of time. Awesome selection. Frequent status updates and delivery on time as promised. My wife and I own a guest lodge and are already planning our next order.

I am sure like most we were nervous about buying furniture online. We did get the leather samples to pick the perfect color and that was great. The furniture took about the time they said to produce and ship and we could not be happier. The Sedona is a great sectional, the Brompton leather is just like the sample and it is deep and very comfortable. We love it!

Buying the sofas from the Leather Furniture Expo was a great experience. From getting the swatches, to ordering the sofas, and then every week getting an update on the status of the sofas, everything was great. The delivery notification put me in touch with the shipping firm, West & Co., and they were great in delivering the sofas.

Starting with its incredible range of leather furniture, Leather Furniture Expo provided a great customer experience. My wife and I ordered numerous free color samples for different models prior to making a selection. Each time we spoke to a sales person, they were knowledgeable and patient. Once we placed our order, we received automated weekly updates on Mondays. This also occurred after the product shipped. The White Glove delivery of our sofa occurred as scheduled with the delivery crew checking for any damage and then cleaning up all the packing materials. The sofa we purchased is exactly what we expected. We couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered a sofa from Leather Furniture Expo a couple of months ago and received it this week. I worried about ordering a sofa online, but is was perfect in every way. Leather Furniture Expo kept me informed of the progress of the order every week. The only downside is waiting for your new furniture!

We chose an Omnia leather sofa and love seat in the Monte Carlo style with the Outland Ranch leather. The pieces arrived today, and we are pleased with the effect, and the comfort. The leather has a very lived in look. The leather is a bit rough, almost sueded, and adds to the comfort of sitting. Customer service has been a good experience, as well. We called a couple of times during the process to clarify some things, and the fellows who answer are very good about getting us the information we were seeking.
