I love my new couch. It's high quality and couldn't find anything like it in stores. My only complaint is the shipping company. They didn't get in touch with me, I had to call them multiple times. The delivery men couldn't speak English and took a chunk out of my wood floor when moving the couch. I still gave 5 stars because leather furniture expo was great, easy to deal with, and I love the couch!

I've had my Sanford sectional for 2 years now and I have to say that, though I was a little nervous ordering an expensive couch without having ever sat on it, let alone seen it in person, I couldn't be happier! The ordering process was so easy and the customer service was top notch! The couch is perfect for the space and is VERY well made. Two years and 2 rough boys and it looks like it did when it arrived. I was very leery of buying from an on line company because of all the negative publicity. I did buy an all leather sofa, loveseat, and ottoman. The manufacturer is Palliser. I paid over $3100 for this set, so since I never made a purchase on line so expensive, I was quite nervous after I made the decision ie. would I actually get the item, would it be the quality I was expecting, and after the sale was made, would Leather Furniture Expo still provide good customer service? These were all the questions and fears running through my mind. There was a delivery problem, and I spoke to Lou and asked him if he would credit the entire purchase, because I did not receive the furniture, and I would be out of town for the next 4-5 months. (After 90 days, the credit card company will no longer intervene on your behalf.) Lou agreed to do this without any argument, and I agreed to abide by my decision to buy the furniture during the new 90 day window. Sam was very helpful in obtaining the ottoman, because it was not part of the first shipment. The results were outstanding! The furniture is excellent quality. Something comparable in a local furniture store in the Denver metro area would be at a minimum $1,500 more at there best sales price. I was never given any objections by anyone at Leather Furniture Expo, and customer service from everybody I spoke to was outstanding. My phone calls were always returned timely, and everyone I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price I paid was fair, but I would be very hard pressed to find any other company to sell, and ship a similar item for the same price. This means that I got an excellent buy for a top quality product. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again. They stand behind what they sell, and they are an honest on line retailer. My family and I couldn't be happier with our purchase of the Bar Harbor reclining sofa and chair from Leather Furniture Expo. I scoured the internet/furniture stores looking for the best, and nothing even compares to LFE's products. The leather is so beautiful and soft (Berlin Mocha); the cushions are supportive and the frame is very sturdy. We ordered in April '15 and received July '15, but the wait was well worth it; like Christmas in July!! LFE's warranty policy gives us peace-of-mind, too, that if something were to ever happen, we'd be covered. Thank you for the great service and the outstanding furniture.

This review is for the Leather Furniture Expo as opposed to their manufacturers. Sometimes things just don't go as planned and my first order had a succession of these events. But The Leather Furniture Expo hung in there, kept open and clear communications, and worked to find resolutions we all could live with. In the end I am pleased with both the couch and rocker/recliner I purchased through them. I wish it had been faster and easier, but these things do happen. Bottom line, they provided a good product at a good price and demonstrated respect and integrity all too often lacking in so many businesses when things don't go as planned. My second order went perfectly smoothly and I love my furniture!
