nice services very nice leather furniture

We ordered many samples from Leather Furniture Expo before selecting our color and leather. We chose Classic Sable - Grade 2000 for a Palliser sectional. We are very happy with the sofa, the delivery, the workmanship and the quality. The cushions are firmer than expected, but it is very comfortable for conversation and napping :-) We were nervous about ordering online, site unseen, but all in all it was a very good experience. It took about 8-10 weeks total from order to delivery.

Sales person was very patient and helpful. We ordered a sofa and loveseat. The furniture arrived in the quoted time span. The loveseat was fine but there were several problems with the sofa. The salesman and customer service worked with us to try and resolve it. When that did not work, they obtained a replacement for us.

Hi my name is Andrew and I live in Surprise, Arizona. I ordered a sectional from Leather Furniture Expo back in July 2016. They estimated it would take four months to receive, but it ended up being here in three. The wait was definitely worth it. When I had it delivered they brought it in and put it together, I didn't have to do anything. I have a German Shepherd who jumps on it and sleeps on it and there's not even a scratch on it. Every night I look forward to laying down on it and watching TV. I'm highly satisfied with what I bought.

Like many we were a little hesitant to purchase a sectional online without being able to sit in it. We had quite a few questions and got a bunch of leather samples. We just got our sectional and the quality is amazing. The leather is just what we thought and the style is perfect for our home. Thank you.

We love our new Bassett sofa set. After looking around stores in our area we found leather furniture expo and could not be happier. We save quite a bit of $$ and the customer service has been great. We have had our set for about 2 weeks when my son put a big scratch in it with his toy. We called thinking nothing could be done, but they were great on the phone and sent us a touch up kit at no cost. Thank you!

I don't usually write reviews but I always read them so I thought I would review this sofa set. We replaced an old fabric sofa set with this Bernhardt leather set and couldn't be happier. We have 5 kids and needed something durable but stylish. We bought the sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman. They are very comfortable and look so nice in our home. We love the way the cushions have Velcro that secure them to back of sofa. These are easy to clean with a damp cloth and look great. They are maintaining their luster as they break in and look even better as they age. Dealing with Leather Furniture Expo was easy and their customer service is awesome. Delivery was perfect and they took care in our home to place the pieces where we wanted. The whole process of buying online with this company was top notch! If you have been considering a leather set for a while like we did... go for it. You will not be disappointed. We will never go back to fabric after having leather.

At first, I thought my wife was crazy for ordering furniture online. Wow, how wrong I was... Our new Napa Sectional is fantastic. Way nicer in person than the pics she showed me online. Bravo Leather Furniture Expo for changing my mind about buying furniture online. We love our sectional and couldn't be happier with your great service. 😀
