I was nervous ordering a recliner sofa online without seeing it in person or sitting on it. Leather Furniture Expo sent samples of the leather and, as it turns out, the sofa is just like the photo and the leather is very nice to sit on. I particularly like the power recliner. The prior sofa we had was so hard to open that I never used the recliner feature. I also like that we ordered a style with cup holders, since, with a recliner, the coffee table needs to be far enough away that it's impractical to use it for drinks. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the purchase, and I used PayPal Credit, so I can pay within 6 months with no interest.

I worked for a leather restoration company for a few years. The sofa I bought was genuine top grain and not a bonded or split leather. So happy with my purchase!

I ordered an Omnia leather sofa from Leather Furniture Expo in April and received it mid-June. The sofa is a beautiful light butter yellow in soft leather and very comfortable. It was delivered and set up.

Wonderful experience buying my leather sofa sight-unseen! LFE made this a very easy decision by promptly sending out the swatches I requested and then emailing me weekly with updates, showing the status of my sofa being made! When delivery time came they were very good about updating me periodically and my particular item was actually delivered early! Delivery guys were professional and did a great job! I love my new sofa! It's very well made and the color and feel of the leather are fabulous! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them again myself in the future. #1- The website was as easy to use as you can get...showed photos and exact dimensions for each sectional choices ..we had a unique case as we didn't have the space for a regular sized one. I googled all over looking for a leather sofa the right size. This was the only site that showed one diagram that would fit. Great simple to use websites are the first step...otherwise I go away. #2 I got nice little actual samples to pick from... #3..ordering was very easy. #4..Great communication...not just hmmm wonder whats happening with my couch? updates every week. #5 Sectional actually arrived sooner than I expected. Nice guys moved it in..(not easy) and set it up...arrived in perfect condition and is beautiful...we are very happy with it.

I recently bit the bullet and ordered a beautiful dark cream leather sofa from Leather Furniture Expo. I couldn't find what I wanted in stores and it looked like I would have to go custom but custom carried a price tag I wasn't liking. I stayed with the local manufacturers in North Carolina but the style choices and colors were limited. I came across Leather Furniture Expo and it was a risk, - can't see it, don't know them, long lead time, long way to ship. I am thrilled I waited! The choice is in leathers was great ! The sample they sent is exactly what's on the sofa. Great style choice, it is quality work, looks beautiful. It came wrapped/ packaged and no shipping damage. They communicate with you every week so you know how it's coming.when it's ready the schedule a tight window for delivery - no "we'll be there between 9 and 3". 100% smooth sailing

My sofas were well made and securely packaged. The price was much better than what I would have paid in the store considering the price of genuine leather. I especially appreciated the free shipping.
