great company, great products
I find this company to be very responsive which is not always the norm with companies. I have purchased two rebounders from them based on a lot of research I had done and have not regretted my decisions at all. I purchased due to the warranty as well as the fact that the trampoline material extends over the bungees. This was a big deal for me as I could see my foot getting stuck in uncovered bungees on the edge that so many other companies have. I would highly recommend Leaps and Rebounds.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We are grateful that you chose Leaps and Rebounds after doing your research, and it means a lot to hear that you have been happy with both of your rebounders. Your note about the mat design covering the bungees is especially appreciated. Safety and thoughtful design are very important to us, so it is great to know that feature made a difference for you. Thank you for your recommendation and continued support. Best, Leaps and Rebounds Team

well built equipment
well built equipment. no squeaks or wobbles. since the rebounder can handle 250# but we are about half of that weight, made the bounce a lot more softer by skipping every third bungee.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear you’re enjoying the solid build and quiet performance. Your feedback about adjusting the bungees for a softer bounce is helpful to know as well. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and are glad the rebounder is working well for you. My new rebounder…
Im a 61 years old woman and I go to my YouTube video for beginners and what a work out get tried quickly since I haven't worked out in years . I only used for 2 weeks I try to do 3 times a week maybe more if I can but at least I'm home doing a work out instead going to a gym .

Thank you for sharing your journey with us. Starting again after years away from working out takes courage, and it is wonderful to hear you are showing up for yourself at home. Feeling tired quickly at first is completely normal, and consistency will make a big difference over time. We love that you are using beginner videos and building your routine step by step. Keep going at your own pace. You are doing something great for your health. Best, Leaps and Rebounds Team

So much potential but the equipment…
So much potential but the equipment breaks after 2 months. Yes they offer a lifetime warranty but it takes forever to get the replacement.
Response from Leaps and ReboundsFeb 18, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that your rebounder had issues so soon and that the replacement process felt slow. We understand how frustrating it is to be without your equipment while waiting for parts. While we stand behind our lifetime warranty, we know timing matters just as much. We are actively working to improve our turnaround times so customers are not left waiting longer than necessary. If your replacement has not yet been resolved, please contact our support team so we can look into your case and help move it forward as quickly as possible. Best, Leaps and Rebounds Team

Great Value Great Warranty
They are a great company that stands by their lifetime warranty. Who does this in this day in age? Leaps and Rebounds does. Kamal Dhawan is exceptional in customer service. We have had our trampoline for three years and when we have a problem he takes care of it. Exceptional company, great product and I will continue to do business with them. Get a trampoline from them. You will have great fun, a good workout and have the satisfaction of great warranty with a fantastic company!!
