I stumbled upon Leaps and Rebounds while hunting for a new pair of sneakers, and let me tell you, the experience was a rollercoaster of frustration. The site promised a wide selection, but when I finally found something I liked, the checkout process was a nightmare. The payment kept failing, and the customer service was nowhere to be found. By the time I got through, I was ready to give up on online shopping forever. But here’s the twist-after a few more attempts, I finally got my order. The sneakers were decent, but the whole ordeal left me questioning whether I’d ever trust an online store again.

Got what I needed and it installed easily.

My son loves to jump on a trampoline. We literally went through 6 of the cheap ones from Amazon. We decided to invest in a better product. After a fair amount of research, we settled on leaps and rebounds. When it first arrived, we were THRILLED. The quality seemed excellent and my son loved it. Unfortunately, after about 3 months, where the bungees attach to the mat, that started to rip off of the mat. We had three rip in just a couple of days. I made a warranty claim, and was pleasantly surprised, they indicated they would honor the warranty claim. Great! I was feeling vindicated that the additional cost was indeed money well spent. That was three and a half weeks ago. I wrote to check on the warranty replacement, and again received a prompt and courteous reply indicating they were behind and it could take a few more weeks. This was very disappointing, I asked if we could just buy another mat, get it shipped right away and then when the warranty one shipped, we'd just have a backup. I ordered that a week ago. And it hasn't shipped. Best case, it seems I'll have it in another week. I like the product, and would recommend it. I have found the service to be responsive and courteous in terms of communication. But this is a really long wait and I can't help but think when paying for more of a premium product, I should be able to get better service. Not sure if this should be 2 or 3 stars, I really wanted to hit 2.5.

Great product. Bungees don’t start fraying immediately like some other brands do. The customer service is quick to respond and very helpful.

Still kind of new for us but liking it so far. The children also use it and we incorporate it with their school lessons. I like that it is a gentle way to build strength, it’s light enough to move around, really doesn’t take up that much space , and sits up off the floor enough to vacuum underneath. I’m looking forward to learning more ways to incorporate strength with it.

I like the Leaps and Bounds product. They have a very good lifetime warranty ... However shipping is extremely slow, customer service is even slower at responding to emails. And that gets to be extremely frustrating.
