On April 25, 2020 my payoff was $550.00. I paid $200 the next day. On April 25, 2020 my payoff was $350.00. I check on Monday April 27, 2020 and the Payoff was $325.00. The next day I went to pay it off and my new payoff was $620.91. I paid $350.00 and I still owed $270.61. I sent emails with on response. I was totally ripped off. I would not recommend them at all. On top of it all, I’m unemployed, because of the Virus.

Very disappointed, I had an account that was paid off and charges were still being withdrawn from my bank which just messed up my bank account.

customer
You waited a year before taking any payments from when the loan organized
Response from Leap CreditMay 8, 2020
We understand your concerns. We attempt to draw first payments on the date outlined in the loan agreement. If that payment is unsuccessful, we notify the customer multiple ways (calls, text, email). The system will continue to try and draw that initial payment. After numerous additional attempts, the account goes into collections that attempt the initial transaction at a later date. Please call us at (888) 532-7842, or email us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to discuss your concerns.
