Hi Joaquin, We understand your concerns. The payment debited from your account is for a missed payment. There are two outstanding payments on your account, which we have waived late payment fees for. Please note that these are not extra debits, these are payments that bounced in the past. You can refer to the loan agreement to see the total number of payments required to pay off the loan. We understand your disappointment with your loan interest rate, but please understand several factors go into the rates we apply. We are more than happy to discuss this matter in detail with you.
