Terrible customer support. I can not get a manager to help me get my account balance to pay off my loan. My account has been messed up since the first payment.

There have been two occasions where the payment was posted to my bank account several days before the payment was due, causing my personal bank account to be overdrawn. There has also been one occasion where my payment amount was deducted with an additional $100 deduction with no explanation as to what this additional charge was for.

Called to pay off my loan and close my account. They give me an amount and I paid it over the phone. 6 days later they deduct a $172.13 payment and another one the following day. Get the run around about having to speak to upper management for weeks. They tell me that a refund is owed and that they will take care of it. Repeatedly say that my account is paid off, but a month after that they charge me 2 $50 payments suddenly. Just got another $172.13 charges night. Now they are claiming my pay off amoumt wasn't the total owed and somehow this is my fault. They are a horrible company and should be avoided at all costs!
