This company has had a rocky start...but they came through with delivery. I can not complain...since I've only had one round of meds from them. I will comment further later.

COMPLETE SCAM! Why is this company even allowed to operate?! They take your money up front - have you book appointment you CANNOT GET FOR AT LEAST A MONTH & tell you there’s NO REDUND. Look at the other reviews - by the time you get appointment and IF, the RX is way too late and wrong does IF IT COMES AT ALL! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Dreadful experience. Customer support is not helpful. You will be charged (despite the promo stating $0 due today) and will likely not receive medication timely, or at all.

This company is horrible. I purchased 3 months worth of medication. I got it after 11 days it showed up the wrong dosage and it was hot. They did nothing to rectify it. They set me up with three virtual appointments they never showed up and I would sit in there for an hour each time. Sometimes when you call their customer service number it's Trinity meds and sometimes it's lean meds I guess they're under the same umbrella. I did a chargeback and reported them they're horrible.

RUNNN. This is a horrible company. Very poor customer service. My package wasn’t delivered on time. It was sitting on FedEx truck for 3 days in this summer heat, and I asked for a refund, they said no. No refund, no replacement. Their dose is so weak, Concentration 20/10 MG/ML. Instructions say to INJECT 11 UNITS weekly, which is not enough.

They took my money and then sent me the incorrect dose which was what I was taking 10 weeks ago. instead of my current high dose that I told them I wanted to continue taking during the ordering process. Trying to contact someone about the dose was hard because the phone number on the website sends us to elderly care and things telling us about life alert. So I had to send a message and then go look in my emails to find another way to contact a human. I talked to a customer service guy who assured me that everything would be corrected and I didn't have to worry about anything. He scheduled an appointment for me to talk to the doctor and told me they would fix it and that it would be sent out that same day after speaking with the doctor. I talked to her and was told she corrected it and to call lean meds back to get the shipping information. I did that and got some messed up broken communication. Then an email telling me that they can't find a valid card to charge my shipment to. I was in disbelief at that point 2 days later, thinking that my order would be sent to me immediately. No. They want to take my money again after sending me the wrong dose and telling me that they were fixing it. So I'm looking for more answers and find the 1st message I sent to them being answered 7 hours after I had my appointment the day after talking with the customer service guy, saying that they can't give me a refund but to make an appointment with the doctor about the dose and that if they dont hear back from me the cancelation request will be honored and my membership will cancel and no future payments will be processed. So I had found all this 3 days later thinking that everything was fine and I would be getting my new shipment this morning after i had spoke to the doctor and the weird call after her, but that was not the case. It's Friday now and My order hadn't even shipped from talking with her on Tuesday at 11am its Friday 9am. I sent responses to both the fulfillment center and the customer service support person that sent me the late email around 7 am. Im waiting now to see what happens. I will update this review accordingly. UPDATE: So the doctor had changed my dose but is using the same total quantity/strength. So what that means is I won't need another bottle, I just need to increase the units per dose. However I had to figure that out on my own because no one ever called or emailed me back to tell me that I could just up the dose instead of having to wait on extra meds. So it has been 1 week since I wrote this and I will give 1 star more because the dose was correteted and was inputted. But they still haven't attempted to reach out or respond. For that reason, I can't give them more stars. Communication is very important, especially after stressing out your client. I hope this long review helps you decide weather or not you want to deal with this company. The prices are worth it if you get the correct dose.

Horrible. They stole my money. Going to report to BBB. Do not send them a penny.

Scheduled the online appointment. Was on the call five minutes prior to my appointment. Stayed on the call for 20 minutes after my appointment time. Got an email that said thank you for your telehealth visit. Logged into my account and it said my appointment had been canceled. Called customer service. They were not helpful at all. Just be aware you will not get a refund if you cancel.
