Hello, leafydoc is trying very hard to remove this review. I am going to remove key information that they are upset about and instead, explain to you what happened - whoever is reading this. I have an Apple Card and I have used it one time - ever - on leafydoc. I also have fraudulent charges on that same card. Again - i only used it one time, ever, and it was typing it online for this service. Not saying it was leafydoc, but my card was used fraudulently a few weeks after. Put 2+2 together. I have used this one time. I also put a negative review up after and all of a sudden negative things start happening to me. Let’s not forget what caused this. They made an appt with me and then blew me off and did not respond for hours. There are many other services out there doing the same thing that you will not have these problems with.

Daniel, as we mentioned before, we apologize for the inconvenience you had at the time of your appointment 2 weeks ago. As requested then, your refund was processed immediately. We're also sorry to hear that you had an issue with your card; however, its important for you to know that this situation is completely unrelated to our business, as we don't have access to any payment information for any patient -as you know, the payment online went through a third party, which is licensed to process payments online with all the security this entails-. We'd appreciate that once you get this cleared with your bank, you can also clear it up with us here. We wish you get this issue resolved with your bank shortly.

Canceled appointment on my 10 minutes beforehand. Charged my card right away but can’t hold appointments. Terrible customer service. Stay clear.

Hi Jake, we apologize for the inconveniences. Unfortunately the doctor had a personal issue and we notified you as soon as we heard from her - about an hour after you had scheduled your appointment. We understand that you didn't want to reschedule and we processed your refund immediately, as requested. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
