I paid for a virtual medical examination & nobody showed up my appoint was at 3:30 pm & it’s 4:00…no one has showed up yet. I tried to get in contact but nobody answers my calls..I would like a refund ASAP please!

The Doctor was very helpful and cooperative once I got to her. I would give her 5 stars. However, the emails I recieved prior to my appointment were complete fails. they failed to tell that the I needed to bring medical records or a copy of my state ID to the appt. or that my photo must be in jpg format. I only learned this when I logged on 10 minute before my appt. I had to scramble to prep and upload the documents in the right format. As a result I missed my appointment window. However, the doctor was very helpful when I called and we completed my appt an hour later. 5 stars to her but 2 stars to the Leafty doc site for not telling me well in advance what documents were needed or in what format.

I learned about your website through a client of yours at my Doctor's office during a visit. I've been interested in applying for a Medical Marijuana Medical Card for some years now, but thought it would be too complicated and involved. (Just from a lot of "stories" I had heard). But, I was pleasantly surprised to experience how helpful, competent and responsive you were throughout the process. I believe that you're the exception and not the rule for "customer satisfaction"! I highly recommend your service! And that's why I gave Leafy Doc a five star rating.

I made an appointment at 2:15 today. They said 2:15-2:30 a Physician will be with you. I waited until 2:30 still no one. I am sitting here writing this at 3:23 pm and still haven't spoken to a doctor. I am still in the waiting room an hour later.

I spoke with Dr Kalia, she was very helpful. She made the process simple. Within less than 14 days I got my medical card. I can't thank Leafy Doc enough.

Poor experience so far, setup a 10:30am appointment and waited at my desk in the virtual waiting room for 30 minutes before calling and being told my doctor would reach out before 12pm, that time comes and goes and i call again at 3:30pm and am told the doctor will reach out to me tonight, no information or time frame given, had I not reached out myself I would have been left completely in the dark. I will update once i have actually spoken with a doctor EDIT: A doctor contacted me the next day and was approved after a very short conversation
