Had an appointment 5-22-24 been waiting over an hour and have emailed and text multiple times. No call from doctor or customer service. They took payment of course. Beginning to think it’s a scam.

I paid my money got renewed but haven't received my certification letter for the state they said in 48 hour it's now been 48 hours and now they say 24 more hours. I need my certification letter or a refund. Update after chatting with several customer service ppl Darwin got me my certification letter ty Darwin
