Poor performance
My experience was bad because the guy who installed my bathtub was rude and no have a good performance also he made me pay more money out of pocket just because he didn’t do the job perfectly 😏

The sales rep came out next day and was very thorough in explaining the process and accommodated a rush situation. The following day the installer came . He was so efficient and productive he completed the installation same day. Not a single complaint.

Purchase and instalation of independence
My experience was fantastic from start to finish. The sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable, curtious and best of all not pushy. The installer was very efficient, cleaned up, polite and friendly. Felt comfortable with both and they listened and answered all my questions completely. As of this point I am thrilled with my lift and even though I have only used it a hand full of times yet it has both physically and also mentally boosted my feeling of abilities and independence. I wish things were a bit more reasonable in cost for us old people but nothing is inexpensive today and so far I am thrilled and feel it is money well spent. I look forward to years of enjoyment and know that the company and it reps have my interests and well being as a priority. In this world that is a treasure in itself when found. Thanks
