I had a shower done and the bathtub replaced with a Jacuzzi and told them that I had to be able to get in and out of the Jacuzzi with by myself because I live alone the shower is great the tub I cannot get out of it by myself it’s hard to get in it’s too deep it’s too narrow I have text and spoken to Hollis and his reply was just Get a stepstool and put a seat in the bottom of the tub which that will not work for the amount I paid for it I want it to be correct

It was a nice experience accept they left the door open to long and let a thousand Flys in my house

Had an appointment to install on Aug 7. Installers no showed. We were not informed. They came 2 weeks later. Salesman said it would take 1 to 1 1/2 days. On day 2 installers came 3 hours later than they said. Again, not informed. 1 1/2 weeks later, the install was complete. We left the next day for vacation. We just got home this week. So we have not had a chance to use it!

I had a fantastic experience with LHSS. They were precise, on-time, clean and professional. I gave them 5 stars because 10 was not an option...

I love our new walk-in shower. I am not giving it five stars because the finish work after insertion of the shower was less that satisfactory. We have a very old house and the wall outside of the shower was damaged with the removal of the old tile. The plaster job was not well done, and we will have to have someone in to plaster as well as paint.

We are very pleased with the end result. Installers did an excellent job.

We are happy with the walk in shower overall. The installer was a very nice guy and was courteous about what he was working on & when & how things were going. The shower us very nice & clean lined. We have not heard from anyone since the install. We have one issue & I will be calling the rep about it. It is about the "Bench" in the shower. What we received is not as pictured in any of the brochures.

We love our new walk-in shower! The salesman was very personable and knowledgeable. From the time we signed contract until installation was only 5 days. The crew was concerned about not making a mess. They asked questions about where we wanted grab bars, shower head height, Crew was very polite and finished in 1-1/2 days. We are enjoying the new shower very much.
