The consultant arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions thoroughly. My stair lift was installed ahead of time, which was very welcome. The installer was also pleasant and knowledgeable. My lift was installed in about 3 hours and all details explained fully. Very satisfied with my Leaf experience and would use them again.

The first time we used the newly installed shower, which looked very nice, water came gushing through the ceiling of the kitchen below. NOT GOOD What is even less good is we have called daily and only the sales person has returned our calls. Thomas, the project manager (not sure if that's the correct title) has not returned our calls and we are understandably greatly concerned

We had an excellent experience with Leaf Home Safety Solutions when looking for a chair lift. The salesman, Richard Markowski and the operations manager, Michael Delguyd. Both provided the information we needed to make an informed decision. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, just people that cared about the people they were serving. We believe we got the best product at a fair price. The installation was scheduled quickly, (we purchased the chair lift on 8/31 and the installation was done on 9/2), done with excellence and professionalism by Nema. He explained what he was doing and then went over the operation and how to care for the chair. He answered all our questions with a smile and knew what he was talking about. You could tell he loves what he does! Additionally, we love that there are no hidden costs, service charges, or surprise fees and there is a lifetime warranty. They stand behind their product 100%! I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for a chair lift for yourself or a loved one. You won't be disappointed.

Review: Where to start! First of all everything that was ordered for our new shower that was delivered was wrong. Sizes were wrong, materials wrong, color of the fixtures wrong and no shower door. Since the old tub and shower was torn out they had to install the new / wrong materials as husband had major surgery and needed to be able to use the shower albeit not what was ordered. Materials were reordered and we had to wait a few more weeks for the replacement materials. They came back tore out original new materials and redid with the new materials which were the correct materials the second time except for 1 big item which was the glass door. Although they did offer some upgrades with the second delivery when the glass door was installed it came as bit of a shock at the inferior quality of the door. Very thin glass, not frameless as ordered, not coated glass to prevent spots as ordered, magnet on door failed in a few days. water leaks under tiny track that hold the glass at the base. Glass is wobbly and looks like it belongs in a very low end builder grade house. I honestly can say that Mark the installer and his crew did a great job work wise so t here is no issue with him or the work . The workers were friendly and polite and cleaned up after themselves. It is the quality of the door, multiple big mistakes on the order + having to go through the mess and clean up of tear outs twice and all the noise and chaos 2 x. For what we paid for the job which was top dollar we expected more in the door quality and certainly a whole lot less in the way of mistakes. Have contacted the company about the door an no response back yet. I have checked doors at depot and Lowes and even their low end frameless shower doors are better quality than what we received. Very disappointing and costly experience.

We had a rocky start with this company but were ultimately completely satisfied with the stairlift I purchased. I hope the customer service continues to impress me!
