Unacceptable Maintenance Service. We have tried to get service on our stair lift unit for over a month without success. The unit is only 6 months old. My next step will be to have Leaf Home Safety Solutions remove it for a full refund or call my local TV news consumer advocate for assistance. I would never recommend this company for a stair lift or any other product.

The salesperson came and promised everything, talking us up about him and my husband being veterans. He did not come thru with any of his promises. Charged us way more than what he said. Had to go to another company to get what he promised us. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Never completed job, shower floor water doesn't drain down to drain, shower floor is slick slippery never came back to take care of that. Left holes in walls new toilet wobbly, theres to much to comment on. Will never recommend this company ever!!!! Sales folks talk a good take and that's all. Oh!!! Forgot they mismeasured my shower so the custom items I wanted were wrong and had to settle for what they had in stock or wait another 3 months..this is after they tore out my tub...so 3 months with no tub and toilet had to settle for what they had....oh there more issues but I'm getting mad reliving it

The stair lift and the walk-in shower are great. The low review is due to the delays in installing the shower. Also it was to be installed in 1 day, but it took 3 days to install.

I was not happy with the lack of communication with this company. My order was placed 7/31/21. I heard nothing from this company regarding my order. Finally on 9/21/21, I call customer service to find out what was going on. My order was installed 9/30/21. Had I not called I don’t think I would have ever heard from them. The install took one day as agreed upon. I am happy with the end result.

I paid over $20,000 for 2 showers installs and expected to get first grade material. I have no problems with the installers. They did a fine job. What I have a problem with is the quality of the shower doors on both showers. I have called my sales rep, Stephen Post, in late August and he referred me to a person named John, who Stephen said John would take care of the problem. John called me and said he would take care of it. I waited 2 months and called John and left a message. He never called back. Over the last month, I called and left messages and also texted John several times with no response. Finally, 2 days ago he answered his phone. After I said, again, what I wanted he said he would call Stephen to see what he should do! Obviously, he has done NOTHING to solve my problem. I have been a gentleman the whole time and I have been very patient, but my patience is wearing very thin! Please help me resolve this problem.
