After waiting 7 months & 2 bases, they still measured wrong. I would never recommend they Leaf Home Safety Solutions in Ft. Meyers, Fla. to anyone! I have pictures to prove my disappointment. Way over priced for the materials we had installed, felt like a bait & switch.

Our tub to shower conversion went so smoothly. Our new shower is beautiful and luxurious - we are so thrilled with the work that was done!! Josh did an excellent job - couldn't be happier!! It seriously looks like a spa!

I was disappointed about the time it took for them to get started on my walk-inshower. They would tell me one day then another un til finally the installer came with no notice of his coming July 2021. He was very pleasant. My problem was the sealing he put around shower. He missed spots and some of the caulking dripped onto the shower wall in certain spots. I did call his personal cell number and let him know. He came back to correct it. But it still is not done properly. There are parts where I can see where there is no caulking at all and it looks like it is dirty. I called the office about 2 weeks ago and talked to the manager and was told someone would come out. As of today I have not seen nor heard from anyone. How can I recommend your company when people come to my house to see the shower and ask me about the caulking. Now the strip of wood in front of the shower has a gap. I paid $11,400.00 for this shower and really expected better. Would like to be satisfied please in a reasonable time period. Thank you in advance.

I had requested 3 times by telephone for an additional grab bar to be installed based on safety needs. The person I contacted, the sales rep. for your product, despite voice mail pleadings to call me, never responded to any of my calls. I indicated that I would pay the extra part and labor costs. I had nothing but trouble from day 1. Waited for four months for product to come in to install shower. Finally, shower installed but no soap dish and a glass shower door that was incorrect size and had to be reordered. Then a month ago new door was to be installed and it shattered all over the bathroom. Now a new one was ordered that took another month so I had a shower and no door. Finally, yesterday the shower door was installed. Still no soap dish. On top of all this during the initial installation a heirloom gold chain with a cross and whales tail pendant was stolen for my cabinet. I provided a jeweler’s cost for replacement from the jeweler where the items were purchased and still have not heard from the company how they will replace my stolen chain. When I originally contracted with Leaf Safety Solutions I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I am deeply disappointed as to how my shower installation process had gone. Very poor communication from anyone in this company.

Our contract was signed May 15, 2020. After three separate installations and 2 complete tear outs the final shower was completed April 21, 2021. It took 5 separate crews and multiple calls to the home office to get the shower installed. On the last installation there was a promise by the area supervisor that he would bring his best crew and remain until the job was correctly finished. He showed before or with the crew but was soon gone. He would not return and calls to him were never returned. The whole process left us with ruined rugs, a scratched sink countertop, a $495 plumber's bill to repair a leaking toilet, holes in the drywall surrounding the shower, and a shower curtain rod installed to not fit any shower liner plus with only 1 screw to hold up one end. Would we recommend others to use Leaf Home Safety Solutions? After almost a year of frustration and expensive damage to our home, the answer is NO!

I love my new walk in shower. The "stone" walls are gorgeous. But the installer cut something (probably one of the edge pieces) on the bath floor and sliced my flooring. He also marred the wallpaper in the bathroom in a few places. Is the alignment a touch off for the drainpipe? I can see it through the drain screen. But overall, I love the looks and utility of my new shower stall.

On initial call all questions were answered. The ordered was placed that day and then the install was scheduled. Install went well and all was cleaned up. Thank you!
