May 13, 2021 - Gave substantial deposit to high pressure salesperson because he said if we didn't sign the contract and write a check that day the price was not guaranteed. We were told that the timeline for the install was about 12 weeks. August 2021 - We received a phone call saying they would come on September 15, 2021. September 15, 2021 - Received another phone call saying they were running about 2 weeks late on the install. October 1, 2021 - They came to do the install but after removing the shower and installing the base they took the walls off the truck, and they were not what I ordered. So............ December 30, 2021 - We still don't have a shower - They called and said the walls that they ordered came but they were the wrong size. We have to walk up 16 steps every day to take a shower since we no longer have a shower in our first-floor master. Still.......Waiting.........

The new wall panels and curbed floor are of good quality and the final product installed looks good. The big problem was with the demolition and rebuild process that occurred. There was no good preplanning, and multiple issues arose that were never mentioned beforehand. Minimal existing floor protection was installed and that was only after we demanded that the route to the upstairs bathroom be covered to protect our carpeting. No dust control measures were put in place except using the exhaust fan in the bathroom which is now probably has a limited lifespan due to all the dust run through it. The demolition work was more like a demolition derby where the only thing that mattered was minimizing the time spent and ignoring potential damage to our house. I am positive that there will be numerous latent problems that come up in the future that I'm sure will be disputed in any warranty claim. And we were left to clean up all the dust created from this work. The installer didn't even bring a vacuum along for proper cleanup. The shower set-up provided is a complete failure and not what was promised. We expected an ADA compliant setup that will properly service my impaired wife. Instead, we got a $3 plastic diverter valve located 6 ft above the floor to address her issues (which she has no chance to reach). The handheld showerhead setup is awful and incompatible with the new slide bar. For those reasons I am positve that I will never use this firm again or recommend them to anybody.

Great experience. They were very fast efficient and on time. My stair lift is wonderful and safe for me to use.

The product installed die not match the samples shown when the job was quoted. The installation did not go smoothly and there continues to be issues with the grout and caulking.

Overall the screens work like they are suppose too. I have a 2300 sq foot home, with a lot of angles that had to be cut by the installer. I am disable and not able to climb latters, so I would have to have some else clean my gutters. I only have one problem, not a major one, but it is a problem when it rains. Where the roof angles come together in two different areas of the roof, there is an abondance of rain water that flows off the roof that the screens do not catch and causes water to create a pool of water in the garden below. Like I said not a major problem.

The shower is great but with one installer it was impossible to get it done in 2 days

Do you Really want us to review our experiences? You broke our contract by leaving the job unfinished and replaced what we had ordered installed with the wrong parts. The plumber installed a clean-out backwards. Your “Customer Advocate” was no help. The man in charge of the “Complaint Department” offered little assistance. The scope of the project was finished by me, when the workers departed and took with him the materials to finish them. Your offer give us a discount was paltry at best. You didn’t reply to my counteroffer. The way we were talked at concerning the condition of our “S..t”house was horrid. Meanwhile we keep getting billed by a finance company that had us sign NO paperwork concerning “truth in lending “ or anything. We had already arranged financing by our Credit Union at a better rate. The cleanupof the jobsite was completed by me, along with having to purchase on our own new flooring and associated parts. The job description on our contract was unfinished and I was forced to hire someone to help. I wasn’t presented any proof of license to work by you or your plumber. I have had to resort to using one of my work benefits to get legal help, which you have yet to respond to! So that’s why I asked if you Really wanted me to respond you for a review. What was supposed to take a day, no more than two to complete the job, took seven months and four different crews. the hold on bars were not level. the shelves were installed upside down and no 1/4" round was installed. plus, I had to pay the first installer $ 150.00 to repaint the sealing that he messed up by scraping it putting in the large back wall, and i paid for the paint. They used my new toilet seat as a worktable for their tools and scratched it all up which I had to get another one from Amazon. It took me a month to receive a check to replace my soft close Kohler toilet seat after the job was finally completely redon by contractor Artim. Also, they only use subcontractors that don't know their products or given any instructions on how to install them. They also use cheap fixtures, as my shower valve was leaking by, and now my sink faucet is leaking inside Wich, I replaced with a Delta, and did not even want to deal with them on that issue. All in all, I do not recommend this company whatsoever.
