If there were an option to give zero stars or minus 10, I’d do that. Leaf Guard CANNOT be trusted! They claim they show up on time. In my case, after MULTIPLE “confirmed” appointments, NOBODY SHOWED UP . My wife an I took time off work more than once to meet them. It cost us about $2000. in lost income. Just imagine if they had installed and there was a problem! Would you trust them to show ip “on time” and fix it? Did they apologize? Only with one finger.

Had a sales rep show up at my house. I never made an appointment. The guy never smiled, didn't introduce himself, and when I told him I didn't want gutters, he proceeded to walk THROUGH my flower beds, pointing out how bad of shape my home is in. Without warning, the guy opens my back gate, walks up my second story decks, jumps on the railing and starts pulling on my gutters. He took a picture of something and without warning tossed his phone at me! "Do you know what that is? Can you tell me what you see?". He was super condescending! Feeling uncomfortable, I called the home office and explained the situation. They said they'd call and tell him to leave. I waited 15 minutes - they never called him. I finally went back outside where he was sitting and told him that I didn't need him to give me a quote. He just stared at me then kept asking me questions about my work, my schedule, my kids, and THATS where I drew the line! I told him he needed to leave. He ignored me then started trying to sell me a new deck! I stopped answering his questions, walked inside, shut and locked the door. I was legitimately freaked out. So much so that I sent my kids over to their grandparents house to spend the night.

I was amazed at the difference in the look of my home. With the selection of colors, I was able to have a color installed that blended with my home. I never realized what a difference that would make. Nor did I understand how much the seamless install would make such a huge difference. The new 'Look' is perfection, and yes. They work GREAT! My call for a quote was quickly responded to. The Sales person had More than enough answers for all of my questions. The gutters were installed while I was away on vacation. (Kind of scary) But when I came home it was like a Gift! Beautiful!. It rained for the next 6 weeks, from drizzles to Heavy down pour. That allowed me to watch them in action. They do what they are supposed to do. (Funny how we EXPECT that to always be the case.. but find it isn't). Aside from the Look and that they actually work as designed, what is something I didn't expect and am thrilled with? Near the bottom of every 'down line' there is a little trap door. Should anything ever find its way into my gutters, cleaning them is a snap! Open the door, clean out anything found, Done! No ladder to get up on the roof. I haven't found anything in the traps yet, after almost 2 wet months (Great! the Guard is doing its job!) But I do go look, well, because its so easy to do. I am overly happy with my purchase and results. It was an investment I am thrilled with.

Received a promotional card in the mail, tried to look up pricing-can only call, even if you leave an email they’ll only call. They called me 3 times that night (after 6pm is not the time to call) once as late as 8:45 PM! They called again in the morning to schedule an appt- I asked for BALLPARK pricing which she could not give me because she was ‘just the scheduler’. I told her I have a hectic schedule (I make the schedule for my dept and fill in gaps constantly) and wanted to see if this is in my budget before I schedule on a precious day off. I said, if I don’t have pricing I can’t schedule an appt because I don’t know if I can afford it. She said “I guess not. Have a nice day” and hung up. I don’t appreciate the implication that just because I want a general price I can’t pay for it.

I had the gutters put in three years ago. The area in front by the sidewalk always looks like a waterfall is coming down right on the sidewalk to the front porch. They said that the roof is so deep there, I need a diverter. Now it is clogged in that corner because I can see small sticks sticking out. Called two weeks ago and received a call that I was on the work order list. Called again today and was told they are coming out tomorrow. 8 pm and no call. Waterfall out front again. So much for the gutters that never get clogged or need repair. Buyer beware!

Nic Cleriei has been our rep for leafgaurd today. Very knowledgeable and helpful with our experience in purchasing their system. He really seems to care about his customers and their homes. Great price!

Had a pushy sales person come to my house and gave me the big presentation, scare tactics regarding the state of my foundation blah blah blah. And then he hit me with a $22,000+ price tag to have gutters installed on my 2,100 square foot ranch. I nicely asked him to leave, but he persisted. Long story short, by the time he left I had him down to $7k for gutters. Now, this is still 3 x the cost for the standard 6" seamless aluminum gutters. These people are crooks, scammers and should not be in business. I am thrilled with my 6" seamless gutters (not Leaf Guard) and the total was only $2,100.

We’ve had our Leafguard gutters for years and have had to call periodically to get clogs removed. The guys always show up and make things right. They did so again today. Peace of mind-it’s worth a lot.
