Poor customer service! They swindle you in to gain your trust so that you use their company. Then once the work is complete they completely dismiss you. Their contractors are negligent. They leave behind trash and dozens of nails. I had to replace my tires after just purchasing ALL BRAND NEW TIRES two weeks prior to install. And for almost $20k in a gutter system you would think they would reimburse you for a $300.00 tire. The director kept promising me reimbursement only to never pay and ignore calls from my husband and I. And to be honest I see NO DIFFERENCE than my last gutter system. GO ELSEWHERE!!! I have been telling everyone in my neighborhood to stay away from this company.

Today DJ Campana came out and was rather pressuring us to make a decision ‘on the spot’ Also he didn’t do his research and due diligence of sending the company proper photos of how our home is set up, for gutter installation. Due to that the gutters were left on our front lawn, and the LeafGuard workers showed up, they couldn’t install them all, as they would have had to walk On the Tile roof which the workers say isn’t allowed by them, due to possible breakage of roof tiles. Gutters are still sitting on our lawn untouched a week later. But we so appreciate Cecil trying to resolve all of this

I just had an installation(7/25) by LeafGuard out of Albany, N.Y. They have a quality product but it is expensive. 66 dollars a linear foot. 145 ft cost $9000. (76 ft Second story, and 69 ft Single story).Plus $400 Surcharge for 2hr travel time from Albany. Installation was very good, taking about 6 hours. Raymond, Ezra and Carlos are great guys and serious workers. LeafGuard is not the outfit you want if cost is your concern. A local contractor would save you thousands.

Dude dont even bother contacting this garbage company they wanted 13,500 for 100 feet of gutter and fascia board replaced lmfaoo… i got it done for 2400 by a privatw contractor who did an amazing job … this company was a total joke from the getgo lol then they keep calling to lower the price little do they know the job has been done so i keep wasting there time like they did mine ahhahahahahahha…

Pushy sales rep would never do bussineses with them.Try to pressure into sighing contract that day..DON'T care how supposedly good they are.

Pricing went from $18,000 to $7,000. Horrible company. Was dishonest about providing elements. Was dishonest reporting job completed when it was not. Avoid like the plague.

DID a very good job. How every I think I was charged way to much, They installed 70 feet of gutters and shields. I was charged over $7,000. Now between the internet and mail have received offers of both 15 and 25% and a $200 and $300 off plus a discount for military and age, I am 81 and retired military but was never told about the. Hung on me when I called.

Chewbacca and April I had leaf guards installed on my home and my shed. There was a issue with the corner of my house that needed attention, made an appointment I had Darius and Brandon come out amazing technicians. Brandon jumped on the ladder asked Darius for a pair of pliers the end result was bada bing bada boom it was taken care of they requested to have a hose to double check their work again amazing company amazing staff and I am very pleased to meet Brandon and Darius thank you very much
