Good Morning Kaitlyn, Thanks for your review. I want to apologize for the experience you've had with us. At the time you placed the order for the Clara Rug, we showed 1 (one) piece in stock. While we do our very best to ensure that our stock counts are accurate, we do rely on the manufacturer to give us accurate counts throughout the day. It does appear that the manufacturer did not have the final piece that was showing left in stock and since this rug is discontinued we did not have any stock left to supply to your order. Your order was immediately cancelled and refunded so that we were not holding your funds any longer than necessary. I know this can be really frustrating and not the experience we hope for you to have. Very pleased with item and customer service
When I placed my first order with Layla Grace I was a bit nervous as it seemed too good to be true (price and delivery time) BUT it was perfect!! My item was delivered quickly and the price was great! So, I ordered another item. That price was comparable to other sites but the delivery time was much faster. The second item had some delivery challenges but the customer service from Layla Grace was superb! They were prompt in responding and fixed my issue in a timely and acceptable way. I will continue to do business with them!

A Happy First Time Customer
This is the first time I have shopped here but, so far, I am very impressed. I inquired a few months ago about a specific item that had been repeatedly delayed, with no explanation, on another site over a period of six plus months. When I contacted Layla Grace I was told that I would be advised via email when the item was back in stock. It came in, I received the notice and have just purchased it. Thank you SO much for the very, very professional customer service. It is as it should be.

Excellent
The quality if the throw pillow cover was great. However the beautiful bright orange shades of color displayed on the website are NOT accurate. The pillow cover I recvd was a monochrome tan-orange. Very flat looking. I will be returning the cover. I will be submitting pictures.
