From order to delivery was seamless. Layla Grayce even paid for a white glove delivery for the piece that we ordered. I would highly recommend them!

I ordered a terrarium and was shipped a vase. Not even close to the original product. After calling, I was told the terrarium was out of stock and wouldn’t be in for 6 months. I can say the woman I spoke with, was very helpful and refunded the cost of the terrarium. So that was a positive. But it was frustrating to go through the whole process and open up a box and it wasn’t even the right product. They should know when they have items in stock.
