Very personable customer service
They listened to everything I had to say and knew what I wanted. I have questions several times and had to call back and they reassured me about my purchase. Then I called back about a white glove service and they walked me through it.

Great Experience
Procurement was simple, and we received emails throughout with the timing updates. Kyle in logistics was invaluable, given we were using a freight forwarder. The chairs arrived on time, were well packaged, and look fabulous.
