I was so excited for my order to arrive, and it's been nothing but a disappointing experience. First, the company Layla Grace outsourced the delivery to dropped off the package without assembling, and it took a few weeks of multiple calls (to Layla Grace and the delivery company) to get them scheduled to come again. When they finally arrived, they had no tools, so they told me they actually couldn't assemble it. Fortunately, they agreed to use my tools, but the furniture I ordered was clearly not new and had been assembled incorrectly before. At this point, I was so frustrated that I simply had them assemble it, which involved drilling new holes and having gaps that shouldn't be there. This is absolutely not the quality and service I expect at this price point. I could have gotten something similar for less $ and faster if I ordered from Wayfair.

The delivery was delayed by two weeks due to a shipping issue. Unfortunately one side of the console is scratched.
