My product was, unfortunately, delivered damaged. I don’t have the replacement yet, but am assured it is on its way. Kyle and Meghan have been fabulous to work with, and I have no doubt it will be perfect and arrive soon!

Advertised a pillow, then said it was out of stock, and now I see its listed for sale again at a higher price. Do you or don't you have this pillow and why did it go up in price.

Hey Deb, I'm so sorry about the inventory issues with the Surya - Chase Pillow you ordered not being available after your purchase was placed. We rely directly on our manufacturers to give us up to date inventory throughout the day. It does appear you placed the order while we still showed 1 (one) piece in stock and when Surya went to pull the order they confirmed they didn't have any pieces remaining and that the item was discontinued. With regards to the item showing as available on our site after cancellation, I can assure you this pillow is not listed on our website and has been discontinued by the manufacturer. You are welcome to reach out to Surya directly to confirm. Every transaction was smooth from start to finish! I was able to call to place my order and that means a lot to me. The woman I talked to was very pleasant and she took the time to answer any questions I had. Oh, and the wood arched cabinet is gorgeous!
