Snow Removal Complaint. I used LawnGuru last winter ('25-'26)…
I used LawnGuru last winter ('25-'26) on two occasions. On the first occasion the bill was about $50. The second time the bill was about $140 or more, based on a forecast of 5-10 inches of snow. But, the snowfall was only 2 inches. The $140 charge for snow removal was ridiculous. From my Ring camera I could see that the driver was at my property for about 15 minutes. I talked to your office but was told the prices are based on the forecast and there would be no room for adjustment based on the actual snowfall. I do not agree with your pricing plan!

Timing was my issue and some that was…
Timing was my issue and some that was assigned to me were lazy and do a bad job on my service and then try to charge extra for overgrowth and the services still not what i expected

Cleaning up the cut grass!
They arrive as scheduled, which I appreciate. However, they leave grass clippings scattered across the lawn, making it look untidy. Cleaning up the clippings would give the yard a more polished appearance.

Used LawnGuru for snow removal last…
Used LawnGuru for snow removal last year. All contractors did good job. Only one cancelled but another took the job fairly quickly. Planning to use them again this Winter.
