Poor service
Ordered product. Received order confirmation. That clearly stated items were in stock. 2 weeks later still hadn’t received a ship notification. Called to find out they had never received their shipment. So items were not in stock and at no point did they feel compelled to let the customer know that. Poor service. EDIT: I’m not sure what the absurd response is below. This had nothing to do with cardholder security. I had to call YOU to find out what was happening with my order. Your customer service rep told me directly that the item that was supposedly “in stock” was not and no one saw fit to notify me of that. 2 weeks after I placed the order. This place is a mess. EDIT #2: I guess they realized how absurd that initial reply was and the best they could come up with thereafter was “OK”. Bravo. EDIT #3: If a vendor editing their response to an unsatisfied customer 3 TIMES, which is why you see the same 3 edits to my post, isn't a red flag to future customers, I don't know what is.

Notices from You to La Vinotheque shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at: 202 Main St. Farmington CT. 06032.
