Highly Recommend - Great Timing & Service!
I had initially ordered a bottle of the Extra Rare Crown whiskey for Boss' Day from elsewhere; they cancelled on me last minute & had "no other comparable recommendations" -- distraught, I seeked elsewhere & ordered from La Vinotheque & they exceed expectations!!! As soon as I placed the order, I received an email stating that the item was IN STOCK and would be shipped out momentarily. I didn't even order express shipping & the gift arrived 1 day sooner than Boss' Day (ordered on a Monday & it delivered on a Thursday). Highly recommend!

I would have given you a 5 star but the shipping charges killed that..., nearly the price of another bottle..., I tried you because I'm a shut-in need that convenience of shopper..., my son used to buy it for me but he moved to Cleveland Ohio... You have a great product there

UPS and FedEx are a separate business entity and that's not our fault and does not justify your 3-star review, but we are here to help you. We specialize in shipping gifts to hard to reach places across the US and providing those bottles you might not be able to find in your local liquor store. We're not set up to compete on price with your local store. If you can buy it there for less we encourage that! Thanks again and we hope we find something for you in the future.

A mistake happened with my order I called and the problem was rectified in a few minutes, my original purchase came the next day with a return mailing label for the erroneous shipment, everything was handled professionally , quickly and without excess nonsense. I would highly recommend this dealer and plan on making future purchases.

Excellent service
Fast service! When one item ordered turned out to be unavailable, its price was refunded to me immediately. Pleasant messages, fast delivery, and reasonable shipping charge, too.

Quality Product-Frustrating Order Process
The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time and arrived safely intact. The only issue I had was with the ordering process on the site. It rejected my card for no reason so I had to call and have someone review my transaction and put my order through.
