The collectors box was damaged

I ordered a set of Macallan 12yr Double Cask Lunar New Year, and received a damaged unsealed package. One of the bottle spill out the liquor, so this bottle has less liquor than the other one. I contacted the customer service and got a call back to help me fix the issue. Great service.
