I ordered a dress and realized I would not get it in time so I canceled within 24 hrs in hopes of receiving a full refund. They were very quick in their response and I got it all back in my account within 2 days. I was skeptical because of a lot of bad reviews on here, but my experience at least was very pleasant. I was very impressed with their service honestly.

Sometimes the photo and the product don't actually match, so I'm very happy to report that they actually do! I purchased 4 different dresses. They arrived within a reasonable time period. I emailed the designers and was able to make an adjustment. It's great that there are different closure styles. Also, Similar to a suit, you may need to have the long dress hemmed. For those with a pushup bra, the dress helps show that cleavage or you can use the built-in bra for a more conservative look. I'm pairing one of the dresses with a nude colored bralette for my own comfort. Great company, service, price, and product!

Complete scam. If I could give zero stars I would. Sizing completely out, charges a massive restocking fee on returns. Ordered 2 taupe dresses which are different colours and won't accept return.

Absolute rip off. The dress didn’t fit me, and I wanted to return the dress. They will only give up to an 80% refund, and the customer must cover the shipping cost. Unbeknownst to the public, the shipping address is in China, so to send back, it’d cost me $210. Their gimmick is to keep your money whether you keep the dress or not. Then they say you can either keep the dress and get a 20% refund, or keep the dress and get a 30% off coupon for another dress. I don’t want to keep a dress that doesn’t fit me!! Absolutely slick and a waste of money. Don’t order from this shop!

My emails were not answered promptly. Your website says customers can return within 14 days of arrival and then when I was contacted I was told there were numerous stipulations. Never sent a return label via email. I would never recommend your site to anyone the fact that you can’t speak with someone and your site says differently that the email I received regarding my exchange is immensely frustrating your basically forcing your customer to figure out what to do with the dress that needs exchange and screwing me out of my money. It be nice to be contacted to come to a resolution.

I ordered a dress that was too small. It was not custom-made. I picked out a size on the website. It was too small. I requested to send it back and they refused. The day I received it is the day I requested a refund because I knew it didn’t fit They did not custom make this dress. It has never been worn . This is not acceptable.
