The company doesn't clarify that returns have to go to mainland China with the postage paid by the customer so basically a shipping to China from the US makes the cost of returning so high that it is better to keep the dress whether it fits or not. They also charge 30% re-stocking fee so at the end you will get not much back. The website policy you see in their website is vague and doesn't mention the problems I cited. The dress came from a Chicago address that doesn't exist so there is some kind of scam here that I don't understand. Avoid buying from them. I see other people had the same experience.

This company absolutely ruined my wedding. All of my groomsmen ordered suits, and what we received was a disaster: some off-white suits came in cream, while others arrived in light brown. To make matters worse, one groomsman’s suit was lost by the courier. When we requested a refund, they offered only 15% back. To return the suits, they wanted us to pay for return shipping and we would be charged 36 percent. This company’s unprofessionalism is staggering. My advice to everyone is to avoid this company at all costs!

Avoid this company The dress wasn’t the correct measurement so I tried to send it back, it’s basically impossible to get your money back if you send it back, they basically offered me no money for my return, but in top of that I would have to pay £40 to return it so I’m going to try and sell it somewhere else. Never dealt with a company like this in my life, absolutely awful shop, awful customer services and awful return policies

DO NOT buy anything for Lavetir!!! They are an absolute rip off and will take your money then ignore you! The first dress they sent was faulty and no where near the size they are advertising. Offered me 30% (instead of a replacement), even though they say they will replace/refund for faults. Had to buy another dress which now hasn’t turned up! Absolutely ruined my chance to be a bridesmaid and conveniently ignoring my emails, facebook messages etc! Absolutely disgrace and they should be ashamed!!! You are robbing people of their money and ruined my chance to be a bridesmaid for my best friends wedding so thanks a lot!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I got a custom dress to make sure it would fit. I asked for a hip 40 inch and they sent a 54 inch, I also asked for hollow 55 inch and they sent 60 inch. That was the first issue I had with the dress, the next was the fact it was fraying and had lose thread. When I informed them they said they didn't see a problem. I had to argue and even said I would send the dress back. All they would do is give me a 25% refund. The actual quality of the dress was cheap and definitely not worth the price.
