I just to let everyone know that please please don’t go any buy anything from this company they are a scam because I brought a dress the zip didn’t work properly so I then paided £27.00 for it to be returned . But I am still fighting for my refund if £138.00 please don’t buy anything they probably will scam you as well

For people who are worried to order from Lavetir, don't be. I spend 3 months online trying to decide which site to buy from and my picks always brought me back to Lavetir. I ordered a dress with a couple small alterations, followed the sizing chart, and 12 days later it came. . The dress is better than expected, it's well made, and it fits like a glove. Couldn't be happier. They're a legit site with awesome dresses, and an easy transaction. I'm so glad I made this decision.

I cannot express this enough: DO NOT BUY FROM LAVETIR. I bought an emergency replacement dress and paid extra for 4-10 day shipping. The wedding is in two days and NO ONE will respond to me. I have called over twenty times, left voicemails, emailed them, and even tried the online chat help. Nothing. So I then tried to leave a one star review on their page only to find out they DELETE any reviews under three stars to make themselves look better. I now have a wedding in two days, no dress, no communication, and I’m out $90. Save yourselves the headache of this awful establishment.

I would never ever recommend anyone to use Lavetir, terrible service. Me and my friend both wanted to send our bridesmaids dresses back that the poor bride paid for because of the bad quality and unflattering fit, and they said to both of us they would only refund 20% as compensation because they were 'customized', when mine was the smallest and my friends was a size 12!!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Lavetir discriminated against our bodies and robbed us at the same time. Every other website doesn't have a problem with returns? Scamming and thieving company taking advantage of poor brides! Will never use and will definitely read trust pilot first, as it even says that Lavetir have 1/5 star rating, and they're not wrong.

Ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses from here after finding one I really loved on Vinted Fit was perfect and dresses are beautiful. Company fulfilled my request on the placement of the leg split on the particular dress style I purchased and the dresses have pockets too!

The dress was the perfect balance of elegance and glamour, felt like a movie star.
