I order 3 different bridesmaids dresses to choose one of them, big mistake. You need to pay for the return fees to china. From the Uk. Also they will not return the full amount. Keeping a sustantial amount from the full amount. Leaving me only with maybe £40 out of £120. Per dress. I will not recommend this service from any abroad buyers.

Couldn't be happier with my wedding dress from this site! The lace details were gorgeous, and the fit was perfect after following their sizing guide. Shipping was faster than expected, which was a nice surprise. I did have to get it slightly hemmed, but that's normal for any wedding dress.

I can't believe how perfect my wedding dress turned out! I was a bit nervous ordering online, But this site made it so easy. The dress was even more beautiful in person. The lace and beading were exquisite, and it fit like a dream.

Ordered my prom dress from this site, and it was gorgeous! This fit was almost perfect, just a bit loose around the waist, but nothing a quick alteration couldn't fix. The color was vibrant, and the fabric felt really nice. The delivery was prompt, and the dress arrived neatly packaged. I did notice a small loose thread, but it was easy to snip off.

I found my wedding dress here and it was absolutely stunning! The lace detail is gorgeous. I was a bit nervous about ordering online, but the dress looked exactly like the pictures. The shipping was pretty fast too.

If I could leave zero stars I would! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! misleading from a .co.uk site, it’s cheap tat from china. Ordered bridesmaids dresses, went off the sizing on ther website meaning some dresses had to be ordered a size bigger than usual sizes and when they came they are completely wrong sizes the size uk12 was more like a size uk 8 the promised measurements didn’t match the actual measurements of the dress. Asked for a refund and guess what.. they offered 40% refund! Went through my bank and logged a dispute was advised to still return the dresses which cost £68!! And then once money isn’t returned bank will refund as it’s against the consumer rights act. Again.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. As many others have stated (I wish I looked at these before purchasing!!!) a UK site is very misleading! With an easy returns policy on their page I assumed returns would be to the UK quick and easy! Bridesmaid dresses have arrived tiny, far too small for 5 of my 6 bridesmaids, they will not help and are offering an £80 refund out of £269!! And. I also have to pay to ship the dresses back to china myself, after doing so I will receive next to nothing. The customer service is horrendous and have been so unhelpful! Offering me coupon discount to reorder the dresses WHY would I pay again!? I have contacted the relevant persons and made a civil claim against the company and I am just waiting to get the ball rolling but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The worst I have ever dealt with!

Dresses are beautiful. I saw the ‘easy returns promise’ and, as it’s a UK website, i purchased extra bridesmaid dresses as unsure of fit. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! They charge 25% restock and the shipping costs to China would’ve been in excess of £40. Then other deductions can be made depending on the state they arrive - apparently. So at best dresses purchased for £107 would have resulted in a refund of £40 at best. Wish I’d spent more on fully UK retailers from the outset. Lesson learned
