⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience with Lavechic. The quality of the products is extremely poor and nothing like what is shown in the photos on the website. The sizing is inaccurate, the material feels cheap (mostly plastic), and the finishing is very low quality. What is even more frustrating is the return policy. If you are not satisfied, you have to cover the return shipping costs yourself, which in my case was 45€. This makes returning low-quality items unreasonable and very inconvenient. I would not recommend ordering from this website unless you are prepared to risk receiving products that look completely different from what is advertised and paying expensive return fees.

Awful products and service
Awful products and service. Sent me a dress totally different from what I have ordered, promised a refund to make me keep it and refund never came

I really think Lavechic is a scam
I really think Lavechic is a scam, and the dress I received wasn't labeled, and it looks absolutely unwearable The inside of the dress is all white and the fabric is a 100% synthetic. The chest area is stretch,and definitely can not be worn without a bra. Im a customer of SHEIN, and i wouldn't look at this dress twice. Please do not purchase from this…
Please do not purchase from this company. They do NOT honor their written return policy which provides that they will cover the return shipping if they send the wrong item. They have refused to provide a complete refund unless I personally cover the high expense of sending the item back. Alternatively, if I don’t want to send it back, they have offered me a 30% refund — on something I did not order and do not want. Customers should not have to cover for company mistakes. BUYER BEWARE!

Size and fabric
I took my dress in a size above my regular size, and it fit like a glove. The fabric is ok. I had really good communication with customer service.
