We value your feedback. We deeply regret the frustration caused by the deviation between product representation and the actual experience. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we do not tolerate any distortion in information presentation. We are conducting an internal review of our quality control, product description, and information transparency to ensure standard reliability.
