I spent £40 (would have been £50 if I…
I spent £40 (would have been £50 if I had not been a new customer- they surely don’t have return customers) on something that is described as a dress but is actually a cheap looking slip with a weird looking drapey chiffon garment that doesn’t have any sleeves to keep it in place. Absolutely not the item on the pictures. And now I find that I have to fund the return and they will inspect it when they reviewed it to decide whether I get a refund or store credit. Absolute fraudsters. I’d have given them zero stars if it were an option.

ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE COMPANY..
ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE COMPANY... TOPK OVER A MONTH TO ARRIVE WHEN THEY SAID 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS. GOT LOST IN TRSNSIT...SO DID 2ND TIME. WHEN I FINALLY GOT RHE CLOTHES WERE DIFFERENT TO WHAT WAS SHOWN ON PHOTO. TERRIBLE QUALITY BADLY MADE SEAMS ALL PUCKERED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE SWEATSHOP. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS OUGHT NOT BE ALLOWED. PLUS THEY SEND REPLIES TO SO MANY BAD TESTIMONIALS ON TEST PILOT ..MAKING IT SEEM THEY WILL PRIVATELY DO SOMETHING TO HELP.. THEY DO NOTHING I REPEAT NOTHING. NO REFUNDS NO SUPPORT. THEY KNOW THEIR CLOTHES AND OHOTOS ARE SCAM AND GET AWAY WITH IT..I REPEAT DONT BUY. PLUS THEY CHANGE THEIR NAME SELLING TGE SAME OLD BULLSHIT UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME MAKING IT SEEM THEY ARE BASED IN USA OR EUROPE. DONT BE FOOLED.

Dress
I have ordered a dress from May 3rd for my birthday on the 17th of May. I paid $24 for express delivery to be able to receive it within a few days. My order did not come on time. I emailed them, and the reply I received was that the dress is still in production and not ready yet. On June 1st, I received my dress, which did not match the description that I ordered; there was no label, and the dress is not usable. I am so disappointed; Lavechic is a scammer. Please do not buy any product from this company. Poorly printed outside of the dress and inside was just a plain white, not the same print as outside like the photo on their website. The ruffles of the dress look terrible.

I ordered 2 items
I ordered 2 items, does not match description. I returned for a refund right away. after a while responded that they received items and will process refund after I emailed them to remind them of the return. After a month claims they never received it so a refund can't be give .... the biggest scam.

Not providing refund
I have made a complaint via email, WhatsApp and reviews and Lavechic have apologized for their poor actions and not providing the refund ofc40% that they agreed to and have said they'd address this immediately. 1 week later I still haven't received a refund. Would never advise anyone to shop here as they take your money but don't refund it, and never get back to you when you contact them

Do Not Purchase
Purchased a jump suit from this company. The jump suit looked to be made of quality materials with structure and elegance. What I got was polyester with silver sparkles and poor stitching. Took the risk due to the company's promise for free and easy returns. There was not mention that I would be required to absorb the cost of shipping the garment back to China. DO NOT PURCHASE. Their marketing is fake, their returns are impossible. You'll waste your money. The company’s response to this review is all words and no action. They’ve done nothing to make this situation right.

Oplichters
Het bedrijf stuurt op de review een antwoord met sorry we zullen er alles aan doen om u te helpen en te compenseren. Ik stuur een mail met de vraag hoe ze het willen oplossen maar geen reactie. Ben gewoon €80,- lichter aan die oplichters!!! Bestel daar nooit aub
