Absolutely disappointed with this purchase. This is by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. The quality of the dress was terrible from start to finish. The fabric felt extremely cheap, thin, and nothing like what was shown in the product photos. The stitching was poorly done, with loose threads and an overall unfinished appearance. Even the buttons were made of cheap plastic, making the dress look far less premium than advertised. To make matters worse, the order did not arrive on time despite the estimated delivery dates provided. After waiting so long, receiving such a low-quality product was incredibly frustrating. The return process is equally disappointing. Customers are expected to pay for international return shipping at their own expense, which makes returning an unsatisfactory item difficult and expensive. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality, materials, and customer service. Unfortunately, this dress looked and felt nothing like a product worth $85. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for quality clothing. Poor fabric, poor stitching, cheap materials, delayed delivery, and a frustrating return process made this one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

Catastrophe. Les robes sont horribles. Rien à voir avec les photos. Et le pire, si tu veux renvoyer ton article, c'est de ta poche... 30€ Et le pire du pire c'est que le site te propose de te rembourser 25% de ton article si tu ne le renvoies pas... belle arnaque dans toute sa splendeur !!!!

According to customer service, based on the maximum shipping window provided, my dress should have arrived by May 26. I am writing this email on May 31 because the dress did not arrive until after my graduation, which took place on May 29. Because the dress arrived too late for the event it was purchased for, I was forced to urgently search for and purchase another dress that would arrive in time for my graduation. Unfortunately, the late delivery made the Lauven Elara Dress unusable for its intended purpose. Following its arrival, I immediately began the return process through the Lauven website. However, I was disappointed to find that I would be required to pay a return shipping fee in order to receive a full refund. Given that the dress arrived after the latest estimated delivery date provided, I do not believe I should be responsible for any return shipping costs. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would appreciate a full refund to the original form of payment, including a waiver of any return shipping fees associated with this order. I have sent this email to the support team MULTIPLE TIMES with no word or response back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The dress arrived too late and once I tried to return it, they are trying to make me pay for the overseas return costs. How does that make sense?

I spent $90 and never received the dress that I ordered. I emailed the company a total of 6 times and most times I never heard back from them about getting my order or getting a refund. They did finally get back to me and refund me when I threatened to speak with a peronal contact who is a lawyer regarding this manner. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a dress in for prom 1 month ago in March thinking it would be delivered in 4 days. It never arrived so I emailed and was told it was lost in the post and another dress would be sent straight out. It hasn’t!!! I am now being told that they are REVIEWING a refund!!! Are they joking!!!! This is a terrible company and I wish I never used them!! I am now £65 out of pocket and havnt got a prom dress!!! DO NOT USE this is a scam to hold onto your money!!!

I placed an order on May 17 #LS3877 only because it said 4-7 business days delivery. Still havent had any update on my order and really frustrated as I needed it for a wedding and now Im left with no dress. will never buy from them and will spread the word.

Don't buy there anything! 1. The quality is super cheap. 2. If you order something and you like to return, you have to pay the shipping over sea! Super expensive! Even if they send you something wrong! They offer a 25% discount so you keep something you never wanted! Over all I cannot recommend that shop to anyone! There are so many other online shop with way better quality and way better costumer service! That was a once in a lifetime experience and I'll never ever order there again!

I have ordered a dress for a wedding. The dress was never delivered because the package was lost on his way. It was too late for the wedding so there was no need to send a new one. I told them to make a refund but they refuse to do a refund. They want to send a new package and then I can ask a retour so they want me to pay extra costs that aren’t necessary. Very unprofessional… First and last time for sure.
