They are trying to scam me again but from the US . This company is a complete fraud. They are obviously trying to scam Americans now!

Eigentlich 0 Sterne, aber die kann man ja leider nicht geben. Absolut minderwertige Ware aus China. Reklamieren und zurückschicken ist absolut unmöglich. Wir waren so blöd und haben es versucht. Irrsinnige Versandkosten nach China, dann hing das Paket 3 Monate im Zoll fest, um dann nicht zugestellt zu werden. Die Rücksendeadresse, die man bekommt ist auch komplett falsch. Durch Internetrecherche findet man die richtige Adresse zwar raus, aber das hilft einem auch nichts. LASST BLOSS DIE FINGER WEG VON DIESEM DRECKSLADEN, ABSOLUTER BETRUG !

I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter's prom in June. They were not suitable so I returned them. However, I did not get a tracked return as the cost was already so high. Now, every time I contact them to ask where my refund is, they simply say they need the tracking number. I appreciate there is a small chance that it might have got lost but it is unlikely. I m sure after 3 months, they have received it. They don't make any effort to use my name or order number. Still no refund.

I placed an order on July 10, today is August 26 and I have yet to receive my order. Tried calling during business hours and they referred me to their help line. That was a disappointment. No response. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Now what?

My order did not look like the picture. I paid to send my order back to get a refund, and it has been processing by customs for months. I never received a refund since it never made it back to Lauven (this may be because the return address was strange).

I had a great experience with Lauven. The floor length navy wrap dress I bought for a wedding was perfect. It was so comfy, covered my shoes so I could wear comfy shoes, and I got so many compliments. Highly recommend!
