I’m still awaiting an outcome from this scam of a company!!! Do not buy anything from them !!! Terrible clothing and terrible customer service and response ! Should be closed down immediately

Site à fuir Je n’ai pas reçu ma robe dans le délai de livraison annoncé Je l’ai reçu 1 mois et demi après ma commande malgré plusieurs relances J’ai voulu annuler ma commande ils n’ont pas tenus compte de ma demande et on finit par envoyer la robe J’ai voulu la retourner une fois reçu au bout d’un mois et demi et la surprise vous devez payer 30$ pour le retour sans certitude qu’ils vont vous rembourser C’est inadmissible ! Ordered a dress on the twelveth of march and no sign of it. the dress is supposed to have come in 4-7 business days. i have tried emailing the company but the have not responded and its been 4 days since i emailed

I hope everybody sees this and never buys from you, you absolute scammers. Had to get in touch with my bank and I have my money back either way. Degrading that you respond back to people saying the same thing to everyone “Oh we cannot find your name in our database”. Who do you think randomly finds this cheap, ugly website you have and pretends they ordered something out of nowhere? You are such a shameful company, nobody buy from them they will take money and not send you the clothes. NOVEMBER I ORDERED, JACKET WAS NEVER DELIVERED

We also want to note that Lauven does not sell jackets. We are a women's clothing brand selling dresses, skirts and tops exclusively. If a jacket was ordered, it was with a different retailer. If I could give 0 star I would, I have been back and forward with the Lauven team for about a month now and somehow they still 'have not' receieved my return, bare in mind no prepaid return label so how on earth is there supposed to be tracking in the first place?? I am so dissapointed and have asked multiple times for a refund as i spent €160 on the site between buying the dresses and trying to return them. I loved the dress I got but the other was too big so in an attempt to post it I've been stung!!! If they reply saying my name is not in their database it's a huge lie and if that's the response I get then messages will be attatched!! I am a student working two jobs and just wanted a nice dress to celebrate my 21st birthday and it truly has put a huge damper on it all !!!!!! Thought the company was based in edinburgh but had to return it to china???? nothing adding up!!! Will keep updated

If I can give 0 to this brand I will. If I have not emailed them regard my order I will be waiting for nothing since they told me that my order was lost in transit. Now they are giving me a hard time to refund my the money I paid for that item. Please dont trust this company they are dodgy and will Just give you a lot of stress.

This company uses pictures from other places stores. My young 20 year old daughter "bought" a dress for $99.00. They then send a $5 crappy skirt (instead of dress) and then expect you to return this $5.00 skirt for $32.00 shipping (Which YOU pay for...) DO NOT ORDER! We are claiming fraud on our visa account. Sooooo many websites with "companies" selling BS products - ALWAYS read reviews and use reputable companies that back their sales! You can also "image match" to be sure there isn't a reputable company selling the same thing- that is when you really know you have been "catfished". I hope brick and mortar stores stay open - this online crud makes it all too easy now. Added: my daughter, Ella DeHate, reached out to them, so we shall see if she gets a full refund for the dress….

I ordered a week ago and apparently the item is still in transit but it has been stuck at this status for ages. It claims it would be sent via royal mail but there is no royal mail tracking. No phone number to call and the email address looks incomplete. The website promises a chat option but there is nothing there and some of the pages on the website don't even work. This is a complete scam. Appalling customer service - I will get my money back through the bank. My order number is LS1484
