My daughter ordered a dress for her prom. When it arrived the shade of yellow was different to the one advertised and was extremely cheep and see through. She contacted for a refund to be told to send photos and descriptions of issues which she did. They then stopped replying. I contacted them and had the same reply to upload photos which I did. They then said it is not eligible for refund but could not state why. I could not find the refund policy on website so asked them to send it to me and they have stopped replying. Now I have just read other reviews it is a common problem…..how do these companies get to do this? Surely there is a law preventing companies not communicating with buyers? Utter disgrace!!

Very unprofessional. The dress I ordered arrived after 22 days and only after I had contacted them several times. When I received it, the item did not match the picture or the expected quality; for €70, you expect more than just a cheap rag. After exchanging messages with customer service—who were always slow to reply—I was told I had to return the item at my own expense. I insisted on a full refund, but they are being very stubborn, offering only a 25% refund or a 100% discount on a new order. Who would want to order anything from a company like this? I have no intention of doing business with them again—the quality is terrible.

I had an awesome experience shopping with Lauven. I loved the dress that I bought through them and their website and customer service made the experience 10x better. They were clear about delivery procedures and my package arrived just on time. Will definitely continue to shop with them in the future.

Lauven was absolutely incredible when it came to customer service! I loved the dress but when I ordered the wrong size they helped me fix it and the dress is gorgeous!!!

Very disappointing experience with Lauven. I waited over a month for my order to arrive, only to receive the wrong item. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I was shocked to be told that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. I would not recommend Lauven based on my experience.

Do not purchase anything from this online store. The description of the item on the web was dishonest as it stated 'cotton polyester' but the actual tag stated '100% polyester'. I would not have purchased it if I knew. I tried to return it to get my money back but instead I got dozens of unclear emails - the fact was I would have had to pay for my own postage for the return which could have cost more than the item!

Absolutely terrible experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought two dresses. The first was way shorter than the picture and the fabric was very cheap. Not suitable for the wedding I was planning on wearing it to. The other dress was entirely incorrect, not the dress I ordered. I initiated the “free” returns the day they were delivered, only to discover the “free returns” they advertised was for store credit. I have no intention from buying from this company again so want a refund and to get that they told me I have to send it back at my own cost (which Canada Post quoted $100 CAD as the cheapest option!!). This company misrepresented their return policy as well as the quality of their clothing. And they have no integrity to return my numerous attempts to connect with their customer service team.
