I highly recommend Laurel Road. I have refinanced my student loans twice through them, and everything was seamless both times. I was able to consolidate my own federal student loans as well as a parent plus loan that was under my mom's name. Setting up automatic payments was super easy as well. Navigating their website is straightforward.

Laurel road rocks. They were able to keep my interest rate the same of what it was before Earnest, but also extended the term to keep my monthly payment small as I try and get a house. Everything went quick, just on the income they requested more proof. I am recommending them to more people.

So stress free. You can take pictures of your documents to upload. Readily available customer service reps. I have done 4 refinances and currently have an apr of 3.80% No other companies offered that for my >$100,000 loan!
